. When I hear guys saying they love their girlfriends and can’t do without them, immediately I know they have the scarcity mindset. Make urself ur priority and work hard on urself (hit the gym, learn a high income skill, elevate ur status, work on ur confidence and tidy ur hygiene+grooming) get these right and u will know there are still babes who approach guys even in Nigeria.
Exactly what have been preaching for a very long time.
If you focus on yourself and investment most in yourself, it will pay off by women getting attracted to you naturally

And this is why a man shouldn't waste too much of his time on a woman because what will be will be.
Rather, focus more on yourself so that even if you lose your girlfriend, you can quietly and swiftly replace her..... That is the power you have in your hands and it keeps most ladies excesses in check

Like I said here before, Trump is counting on the idea that the world needs the U.S. more than the U.S. needs the world. But this can’t go on for long—if it does, the resulting inflation that Americans will feel could be severe, potentially leading to mass protests.
There’s a reason international trade exists: it helps keep costs down. Without it, things are about to get a lot more expensive for the average American.
And by the way, if Trump’s logic is that the world has been ripping America off, then how has the U.S. been comfortably paying for its trade deficit? By printing more dollars, of course. In other words, America has been enjoying foreign goods by simply printing money. That’s wild when you think about it.
In other words, US has been ripping other countries off for donkey years by simply going inside to print more dollars when they need it. A leverage, others don't have.
Many third world countries had been experiencing double inflation for years due to dollars.
Firstly, local inflation from their national currencies.
Secondly, second inflation from their sovereign wealth fund deposit and foreign reserves in dollars due to dollar inflation and printing.
So while struggling to tame local inflation and devaluation, they are also regularly brazing for dollars inflation impacts regularly.
How will a country grow in such climate?

Comes home every 2 months or there about.
The lady always bring different rides to the gym but then, something is just not right.
She always call me and chat me on Whatsapp. Asking when next I will be coming to the gym and she missed me.
From there it upgraded to using Dear, Babe etc when addressing me.
She is into biz while kids are in hostel.
Told me we should go out to see many places in the city and other things.
To make long story short, she asked me for a soft loan of 300k just the second time of we meeting at the gym.
Imagine, Just imagine that.
But your hubby is okay now. She said she wants to add to her money to execute some biz.
Told her don't have because I wasn't okay with the way things were going and moving so fast but had to grant her 200k.
She promised to pay back a week later.

The company’s full-year revenue increased from N635.9 billion reported in 2023 to N1.04 trillion, marking a 63.83% rise.
Sales costs also increased, rising to N926.1 billion, an increase from N554.1 billion.
TotalEnergies Marketing Nigeria Plc reporting a pre-tax profit of N42.2 billion represents a 140.35% increase compared to the N17.5 billion pre-tax profit recorded in the previous year, driven by a rise in revenue.
2024 revenue is 1.04 trillion, 2023 was 635.9b
Sales cost / cost of goods sold is 89% of revenue generated in 2024 while it was 87% in 2023 despite a 63% rise in revenue in 2024
Profit before tax in 2024 is just 4% while 2023 is 2.7% despite a whooping 140% increase.
By the time you factor in tax, profit left to investors is next to nothing.
Infact, total has little or no room for mistakes, emergencies or economic downturns or shocks. It will literarily enter loss.
Very very fragile company with no room to maneuver.

Tinubu government will finish you people with manipulations. What they won't tell you is that 635.9 billion in 2023 is bigger than N1.04 trillion in 2024 in dollar value.
Apart from that, you have to be an investor to be able to read between the lines.
Yes, they generated 100% revenue compared to last year BUT what many don't know and what the media don't want them to know is that their cost of goods sold (COGS) is literarily close to 90% of revenue generated.
By the time you deduct all expenses to generate that revenue, you are left with little to nothing.
Just a meagre 3% on profit after tax.
I had their shares before but had to sell this january when i saw the 2024 financial report they released. To me, it was a waste of time and money. Had to buy more profitable company's shares.

Asonaijaaso: “When America sneezes, the world catches a cold. But when American asset prices crash, dollar-dependent economies like Nigeria should brace for pneumonia.”
The Dangerous Illusion of Immunity
A quiet lie has been circulating in Nigeria’s high-end property markets — the idea that luxury real estate in Banana Island, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Maitama, and Asokoro is immune from global market forces.
This belief is not only dangerous — it’s economically inaccurate.
Asset prices across the world — whether it’s stocks in New York or mansions in Lagos — are all connected by one common denominator: Global capital flows.
And right now, those capital flows are drying up fast.
The Global Crash is Already Here
In the last 6 months, the world’s biggest companies have lost trillions of dollars in market value.
Names like:
• Apple
• Google (Alphabet)
• Facebook (Meta)
• Chevron
• Exxon Mobil
…have seen their stock prices fall dramatically.
These aren’t just companies — they are global safe-haven assets. When they lose value, it’s not just about the U.S. economy — it’s about global risk appetite shrinking.
Why This Spells Doom for Nigerian Real Estate
Let me be clear — luxury real estate in Nigeria is priced in dollars, not naira.
It doesn’t matter if the transaction happens in local currency — the valuation benchmark is always in USD.
But here’s the problem:
When prime real estate in New York, London, and Dubai becomes cheaper due to falling global asset prices — why would any rational global investor overpay for a property in Banana Island or Ikoyi with:
• Power outages
• Infrastructure risks
• Currency devaluation fears
• Regulatory uncertainty
Global capital flows like water — always seeking higher returns for lower risk.
Gravity Always Wins in Asset Pricing
Think of the U.S. market as the gravitational center of global asset pricing.
When gravity weakens in New York or Silicon Valley (via falling asset prices), peripheral markets like Nigeria must adjust downward to avoid floating into irrational overvaluation.
If Apple — a cash-rich, globally dominant company — loses 30% of its value…
What should happen to an over-leveraged apartment block in Victoria Island with generator noise and unpredictable governance?
Simple answer: Prices must correct.
What Happens Next for Nigeria?
This is not fear-mongering. This is simple global economics.
Already Happening in Nigeria
We are already seeing warning signs:
• Rising parallel market dollar rates
• Difficulty repatriating funds for foreign investors
• Sharp slowdown in luxury property transactions
• Increasing “days on market” for high-end Nigerian properties
This is just the beginning.
Final Word: Patience Will Pay
Real estate markets often move slower than stock markets — but they always follow.
The Nigerian luxury property bubble is facing a triple threat:
1. Global asset repricing
2. Dollar scarcity
3. Falling local demand as incomes stagnate
No asset class is immune from the laws of global capital flow.
If you’re an investor — wait.
If you’re a buyer — negotiate ruthlessly.
If you’re a seller — brace for impact.
“Markets correct imbalances ruthlessly and without sentiment. Gravity always wins.”
Nice writeup bro

It all boils down to return on capital employed (Rice) and return on capital invested (roic).
Factoring Nigeria devaluation and inflation, a 40% and above return on investment per year will always best inflation and devaluation.
A 50m investment in mmf at 20% per year will give 10m,
30m in stocks at 30-40% per year will give 9-12m,
A 20m investment in personal biz using my farm as a case study with 100% return gives 20m profit.
Total invested capital for the year is 100m to return 40m.
Profit percentage for the year is 40m/100m x 100% = 40%.
You will be safe if your return is in this band .

1 dollar was equal 0.62 naira then.
So that was 8,870,967,741 dollars . 8.8 billion dollars.
8.8 billion dollars in today's rate will be 13.8 trillion naira.
If you go further to factor the inflation rate in USA. 8.8 billion dollars in 1976 is worth around 45 billion dollars in 2025. Which is 69 trillion naira.
So we can conclude that 1976 budget is higher than 2025 budget in purchasing power.
You need to factor in the population that needed the 5b then compared to over 200m people now.
Population then was below 50m

The problem is, how do you get to gulf of mexico or Atlantic ocean close to Washington without been taken out by fighter jets?
Iran is not really strong in air to escort the war ship to a safe and close area to fire her missiles tbh.
The best they can do is to fire missiles from Iran to destroy US bases in the middle east. Moving out of that area exposes them to a bigger threat they are not prepared to handle
