Sorry Sir, my installer forgot to snap it. I'm not around but I've told him to pick a new 6kva 48v from my store and install it for the client.
I will send the affected Felicity inverter to Just Emmanuel to help me and drop it at Felicity repair center.
I will drop the picture when I return.

Good customer service!

“I Began Collecting Them Years Ago and Now Have Over 650”:

This Man Has Been Powering His Home With Laptops Since 2016
An ordinary homeowner turned discarded laptop batteries into a powerful energy source that has kept his house running for nearly a decade. This surprising approach combines old tech with solar power in an unexpected way.

24 440 watt capacity s
Each battery pack is rated at 100 amp hours

Since 2016, a dedicated energy autonomy enthusiast in Farmingdale, New York, has been powering his entire home using more than 650 recycled laptop batteries. His system is installed in a shed roughly fifty meters from his house, where discarded lithium-ion cells are carefully harvested and assembled into a custom battery array. This unconventional energy solution combines recycled batteries with solar s to create a fully off-grid power system, providing continuous electricity for nearly a decade.

Most of you don't know that some of us were chronic s of lead acids. I usually buy dead ones and wake them up with my Anjing AJ - 618F lithium/lead acid charger. I do this for clients to for free. Omo! Things don change now. My car battery is more than 2 years old as I still use this same charger to desulphate the acid. WHAT KILLS LEAD ACID IS SULPHUR IN LEAD PLATES which you can't stop especially when left for just few weeks uncharged. Most tubulars are heavily sulphated before getting to the country as most spend roughly 3 months on sea before offloading in Nigeria.

Now that something new has come.....

So when I see you guys debating this.....

Hard to type..

All thanks to @Sathob. He was last seen December 22, 2013 though.

How long do you charge a car battery before it resurrects from the dead?

In Nigeria everyone wants to turn a government service into a revenue stream, this started under OBJ with the likes of Aloy Chife's Socketworks and SW Global digitising certain government services and making a fortune.

The installer lives close to me. He travelled and came back two days ago. He came to my house yesterday and I told him that I bought a shunt to test the battery capacity. I’d already asked the Sako distributor at Alaba if the battery he gave to me was 25.6v; 200ah and he was beating about the bush but later answered me that that was the battery given to me.

The installer called me back few minutes after leaving my house and told me that the distributor called him and told him that one of my friends at Alaba who happens to be a PRO there and works in their task force caused the whole issue. I ed that my friend when they first sent me one battery called Suhkig and I rejected it. So I called him to help me go and make sure those distributors give my installer a good and renowned product. They said the PRO came and met them ahead of time and discussed with them on how to make money from me. They said he told them that I’m like a brother to him and that anything he tells me in Alaba market, I’ll do it. They said they had to record the conversation as they were scared it might backfire. I sent their balance to this PRO so that once he confirms everything , he will transfer to them. So they gave me a bad battery because according to them, he didn’t give them the complete money. This PRO at Alaba has been like a brother to me for the past 5 years. I bought almost all my appliances through him and he has never sent a bad product to me before. I just call him and he meets the direct importers and tells me the price of any commodity I wanna buy and it’s always cheaper than normal market price. I in return bless him financially and with airtime severally.
I even bought my inverter freezer through him last week.

So, they said that if he can return the money he withheld, they will give me my complete 5Kwh battery. I’ve just been in shock since.

I can relate.

I have adopted this attitude of trust but .

Kinda sad that the PRO did this to you and destroyed a multi year relationship

Silent reader most of the time.

Parents still have a role, a critical role.

I have read arguments for and against,

Have you seen Nigerian motor park boys who literally brought themselves up or were brought up by that environment?

Can you compare them with home trained kids?

While parents may not be very good judges of which career will be the financial equivalent of striking gold.

Parents help kids with training that put the kid on a pedestal for success.

It is at home kids are best suited to learn responsibility, discipline, and perseverance which translates to a strong work ethic.

The best place to learn active listening, empathy, and conflict resolution, which are essential for teamwork and leadership in the workplace is through parent child communication at home.

The safest place to practice curiosity, exploration, and independent thinking is at home, if these values are nurtured, then their children can develop problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities which are vital for navigating workplace challenges and fostering innovation.

ive parenting helps children develop emotional resilience and the ability to adapt to change, crucial traits for navigating the dynamic nature of the modern workplace.

ive parenting helps children develop emotional intelligence, including the ability to understand and manage their emotions effectively, leading to better workplace relationships and reduced stress.

Parental belief in their children's abilities can significantly boost their confidence and self-efficacy, making them more likely to pursue ambitious goals and persevere in the face of setbacks in their careers.

The take home is this:

Parental training and active involvement in their children's lives significantly shape the skills, values, aspirations, and emotional well-being that contribute to their success and fulfillment in the workplace or business.

While parents maybe bad judges of which career will fly, parents can be good builders of the foundation on which the kid can launch any career of their choice into stardom.

So while it is true that we must factor in individual talents, a ive and guiding parental influence provides a strong foundation for professional achievement.

And what parent would consider himself a good parent without offering valuable advice, resources, and encouragement as their children explore career options and make educational choices?

This is too much money. You can buy POWMR POW-48140A for around $260 (400k). Voc is around 500v (48v 140amps). I ordered 10 for my project.
Another cheap option is to buy a 5kv felicity hybrid inverter and use it as a charge controller. I believe Voc is around 500v

So assuming I want to do 12 kilowatts, this means I will need 2 of this.

Is there any issue with connecting several MPPTs to the same battery bank?

Someone very knowledgeable has completely erased all his contributions to the forum.

I a girl I met after few days I paid her school fees... She voluntarily came to my house for a weekend without me asking for it and she has a bf

You messed up her mind.

She never believed a guy would value her that much.

The amount of money that does this is specific to the girl.

To illustrate it can be 200,000.00 for one and 1,000,000.00 for another.

It all depends.

You have quite a number of valuable information on your YouTube channel. You can build a niche around these kind of test. Many Nigerians need guidance on what to get and at the most affordable cost based on proven data. Our Nigeria Will Prowse. Welldone

This is solid information.

As someone said be weird or be broke.

In other words, there are so few people from Nigeria in your industry that make these kinds of videos.

Don't stop.

Over time you may even be ed by the manufacturers themselves to test these on behalf of their intended markets.

You will also receive special invites to industry events, etc.

In conclusion, continue to distinguish yourself.

For wall tiles (not floor tiles) especially when you have bigger size tiles, it is better to use tile gum as well.

Why can't tile gum be used exclusively as it is done in the West?

Why do our tilers insist on cement only?

Or a mix of tile gum and cement?

StarTimes Solar offers a cost-effective alternative, like the H25 package (3kVA inverter, 2.5kWh battery, two 450W s).

Pardon me, I can see felicity in your teardown also. So is it Felicity that polishes busbars before coupling? Felicity whose earlier packs were known for harvested and over stated capacity cells. Felicity whose bms in earlier packs were notorious when it came to reliability.

Some DIY batteries are better than some of this so called professional coupling.

Just look at pylontech, industry name yes, but the are notorious for having failing bms, complaints about bloated cells, packs not charging to full etc

Eg4 batteries have numerous complaints too, i have also seen similar complaints with deye LV batteries etc

The fact that you are lucky that your installs don’t have problems doesn’t mean its same experience for everyone. A simple deep research will show numerous complaints on forums by s if this so called ‘better than diy battery’.

I’m telling you a fact which you can also by simply researching forums on the internet.

DIY is simply do it yourself, the more skilled the builder and more access to quality tools the builder has equals a better build. Full stop.

This back and forth has been invaluable.

Unsolicited advice alert!

Alternatively you can skip that, start something that solves a real problem and raise funds.

If I were to advise my younger self, I will pick the latter. You are very unlikely to ever become wealthy coding for a salary.

Words on marble.

But he faces a chicken egg situation.

Learn code on an empty stomach or not.

That is to say without a means to survive he will find it very difficult to give learning to program the undivided attention it deserves.

Does he even have a laptop?

Access to the internet?

A stable accommodation?

He didn't say but you get my drift.

That said never were truer words spoken in response to his question.

Then the other issue.

It takes a while to learn to solve problems when school taught the majority to learn to follow directions. (The conflict between being self directed and following directions)

Finally, you need to realize that you will need to learn to solve several problems before you hit the one that is the equivalent of striking gold. He must bear this in mind.

Very rarely will the first problem you solve be the problem that results in a financial breakthrough

I bought 16kwh from him recently. He delivered directly at my doorstep in less than 24hrs.
I did capacity testing on it, was able to pull beyond 316ah from the battery, that was at 48v low voltage disconnect.
He used JK bms on the battery which I later read from reviews its a good and quality bms.
I will give the build quality a 8/10. Quality battery terminals and circuit breaker.
Concerning cycle life, he said it's rept cells with 8000cycle life.
In all, I will recommend if you want genuinely rated battery with good bms
This is based on the battery I bought from him, can't say about other capacities.

This review is both technical and detailed.

Thanks for taking the time to comment.

This is an objective question and not a diss or an attack.

What are the pros and cons of purchasing a battery from our guy here Valto versus any other packaged batteries?

I've read here that Felicity batteries overstate their capacity but that Valto states the real capacity.

What other issues play in favor of Valto?

If there are any cons, please share.

Want to make an objective purchase decision here.

This is going to be my first lithium battery purchase and I don't want to get it wrong.

Comments on the below will be helpful:

Capacity,
Cycle life,
DIscharge rate,
safety features,
Build quality

Will be helpful

This list is by no means exhaustive
