Hello good people. My whatsapp stopped working since last month so I ed another one for Android, although I didn't delete the old one that isn't working again. My problem now Is that my phone hangs, other apps closes or doesn't respond after opening, whatsapp doesn't open sometimes and if it does its hangs also I can't send pictures on whatsapp when it finally opens please help me. All you need to do is update the whatsapp on BlackBerry world and it will work fine till June 2017.

Use a pc/laptop with Internet connection and BlackBerry link installed to do the update and you won't need to uninstall apps to get the update

You bought the device second hand but did you you were buying from the real owner or you bought a stolen phone? If you bought from the real owner you need to find the person and tell them to release the device from their own BlackBerry ID...it's as simple as that

if you're in the main BB Hub where everything is aggregated, you'll see the option to mark all previous as read BUT if you go into the individual sub-Hub for the connected services, some do not give you that option

1. Mark Prior Read
2. Delete Prior

Have u entered 'BlackBerry'?

You should enter BlackBerry as instructed. If after that you enter the wrong 5 more times, your device will wipe. however if you enter the correct after entering 'BlackBerry', everything will be fine
