Teeboy22: Glo bis doesn't work on android |

Teeboy22: Nope it doesn't...I just experienced it and I'm still following up with airtel to reverse it so I can subscribe to a plan that works |

Airtel works on BlackBerry 10 devices but it's not cheap data like glo data

yomifola: Believe me you're not going to get 3gb of data...you'll only get 1gb Looks like airtel has finally figured out a way to ensure data billing is the same across board So long as you're using BlackBerry 10 or android and iPhone, data is 1gb for 1k even if you subscribe to the 3gb for 1k bis plan...it's only legacy BlackBerry devices running OS7 and below that can access the full data The logic is simple....those devices are too slow to consume all that data so they don't mind giving it but for modern devices with capacity for big data, data is more expensive |

temmyt20: Just so you know, you only get 1.5gb when you use this plan on Android and BlackBerry 10 devices |

yomifola: If you do a simple search on this thread you'd see the answer to the question No you cannot use etisalat bis on BlackBerry 10 devices. You have to buy the expensive BlackBerry 10 data plan that etisalat offers 1 Like |

Nonsense! so because Tarfa is a lawyer he cannot be arrested? If his hands are clean, then the NBA and it's rank of corrupt SANs should have nothing to worry The judiciary in this country can move forward if the current corrupt and greedy lawyers and judges are purged from the system If you want to defend an accused person you must have no skeleton in your cupboard |

the part i dont get is that almost all these people making noise about the negotiable N1/mille maintenance charge have been happily paying N5/mille COT for many years...now that the burden has been reduced by N4/mille, we are making noise and calling CBN/CBN governor/FGN names in simple , COT at N5/mille translates to the bank taking N500 + 5% tax from your every time you withdraw 100k. Now however, the bank can only take a maximum of N100+5% tax from your and even that amount can be negotiated downwards which is why the CBN called it negotiable!!!! but we are making noise and calling everybody names... i really don't get it |

Mobile Hotspot taxes your network radio which in turn taxes your battery Your device radio is receiving GSM signal and also acting as a transmitter at the same time which will require a lot of power and that makes your battery hot....once your battery becomes hot it will loose charge very fast.... your secondary school conservation of energy principles Solution, keep your device plugged in when you're using it a Hotspot and keep your device on a cool surface to keep the battery temp down |

PNomsule: just reconfigure your email address on the phone go to 'seetings' -> 's' add the email addresses (yahoo, gmail etc) you had on the phone previously, and you should be able to see all the s in your phone book again 1 Like |

StreamerBlogger: Q5 only has 8gb internal storage with about 6gb usable out of the box. To upgrade OTA you need at least 4gb unhindered space which is impossible once u start installing apps Your option is to use a pc with BlackBerry link for the update |

In BlackBerry 10, all devices can be on the same OS version. Just install the latest official OS that has been pushed to your device and stop worrying

Osinitu: which site did you from...all my systems are 64bit so i know thats not the problem...if you ed the program from your PC it will only the 64bit version that's suitable for your PC directly from BlackBerry website |

smartigo: [size=18pt]I finally figured out the difference!!! ![]() both plans give you 3GB data cap but the 'unlimited' means the data is not limited to Legacy BlackBerry Devices!!!!!...which is why it is 1.5k while the other is 1k and cannot be used on androids 1 Like |

drakura: you allowed whatsapp to copy your s to their servers so the s you see on whatsapp are now independent of what's on your device... i don't see how that's a problem if you don't want to see the , delete it also from whatsapp |

just go to blackberry.com website and click the link to the '' page...you'll find a link to BB Link and BB Blend etc

Osinitu: i take it you were updating OTA? if you use that method, your device will update 'cumulatively' meaning some older updates are required to be ed and installed before newer ones can be installed which is why you experienced what you have experienced...with some of the updates requiring as much as 4GB of free unhindered space from the measly 8GB internal memory on the Z3, its almost impossible to do OTA updates the solution is to use BlackBerry Link for the Update...BB Link will the update file to the PC (could be as large as 1.5GB), Unpack it to the PC (another 1.5GB-2GB) and Install the required files to the device so my friend, don't loose hope ![]() |

the easiest was to find out is to put the sim in your Q10 and see if the phone is able to access data...pls note that Etisalat specifically blocks the normal BIS data from working on BB10 devices because they have BB10 data plan which is priced at the android data rate so my guess is that your 900MB will definitely work on the Q10 |
