I recently switched to this company NgComm and it has been nothing but very good and the customer service is excellent too. I’m on the fiber wired plan, This is my second month with them and I can tell you there has only been maybe less than half an hour downtime. I was using Connekt broadband radio and my god I was frustrated. Some months were better but I generally got a downtime at least 3 times a week and those might last hours sometimes. Most times it’s not downtime, the server is critically slow and I was on 15k/month which they claim is 12mbps.

Now On the base plan with NgComm @ 11500/month, I’ll attach a screenshot of the Speer test. Bear in mind I took this test while streaming on two TVs 65’ and 32’ simultaneously.

Although I get buffers here and there sometimes but that only takes max 3 seconds then it’s back running but I can’t complain as it is the base plan at just 11500 unlimited.

One more thing the set up was 38k

do they give you a modem or a cheap modem/router combo from china as part of the set up? I ask because I hate having to pay for weak routers from these guys and then find out the service is crap but I can't return their stupid hardware for a refund...I have swift, smile, tizeti, spectranet boxes gathering dust and I just dont want to do that sh1t anymore

I have used up to 1tb in a month before with the 25k unlimited plan so I don't think they is a data cap.

The issue is speed. Whenever I used speed test it shows over 4mbps BUT my on IDM and torrent can never 500kbps which is very annoying I've even reach out to there they sent someone but the person didn't do shit.

Why the f are you still using Swift? Why not buy an unlocked router that takes a sim card and subscribe to large data packs from the GSM network with the best coverage for your area?

First, It gives you freedom should you decide to relocate from one area to another and the coverage strength changes
