PS: I edited the apn settings, used 'flat' for both the name and and chose 'CHAP' for authentication type and it works. U could try PAP if CHAP does not work for u

happy Sunday guys, i have a bit of problem with my Z30, the device suddenly stopped responding to charging, now when I plug it in, it gives that "To change your device faster..." notification and when the notification clears off the battery bar shows a red exclamation after which it proceeds to display the = behind the battery like it does when it's full. I've tried several chargers, can anyone help on suggestions?

Have you tried other cables for the charge process? If you try other cables and you're still experiencing the same issues, then the USB port is defective

thanks for the response, I actually bought the much acclaimed PlayBook charger and It's been the same even worse because it doesn't detect it now.
how much do you think fixing the charging port will cost (mind you I'm not in Lagos) but a rough estimate would do. thanks once again.

Just got BlackBerry Q5 subscribe for Glo BlackBerry sub for 1k but it kept showing Small edge and the network is kidda slow though glo is working fine in my area it work fine on ma buddy phone with 3G so I don't know if there is solution to that. I got some app ed from blackberry world like whatsap but I discover whenever I switch off and on phone I couldn't find the apps I ed only those one comes with phone is all remain. Pls I need help I just got BlackBerry Q5. You positive response to my problem shall highly be appreciated.

Please I have a complaint. I tried updating my BlackBerry z3 OS for the first time to 10.3...., when it got to 2% it started complaining that I should free more memory. I cleared all the data on the phone to the memory card to the point that the memory card even crashed( very painful as I lost most of my files) yet it was still complaining that I should free more memory, at that point a tech guy suggested I performed a security swipe which I did.

After the swipe, I started the update again till it ed up too 100% then it started installing I dropped the phone to check something else as the installiation was going on, only for me to return and discover that instead of installing it started the again......,i was so ed at this point but I left it to continue the . After abt 10% it staryed complaining that I should free some memory when nothing was on it.....

Please I want to ask what the way forward is, any suggestions as to what I did wrong and how I can right the wrong??thanks

I did Airtel sub (#1500) on my Z10 for the first time Today. It displays unlimited data and I was kinda elated, until a Dude told me it does burn faster than candle!
Pls kindly enlighten about it;
(1) is it true it quickly gets exhausted,
(2) how can I check the data?
