Compliments of the season......, please just an issue I need clarification with regarding my bbz3. I haven't updated to any of the new OS, I'm still on 10.2.1.3054., my phone has always been requesting that I update to 10.3, but now the question is should I update to the one being pushed to my phone or is there a way I can update to the latest one?

Last year I went to Westminster wanted to buy z10, but I knew one of the dealers through a friend so he told me that there is z10,z30 andriod version... I was like China no go kill person.

Next time before you pay, go to setting to check if it's RIM or android OS before you make d deal

Yea, I did it last week too and it worked. I only had to do a backup before the security wipe.
Howbeit, I can't see any significant difference in the phone after the upgrade. Only d camera pictures look better.

It just started this morning it keeps telling me Unable to establish a wireless network this is the screen shot below please what could be the cause? I'm on 4G nd 3G but instead of displaying the normal capital Letter H, it's on small letter h pls I really need 2 fix this ASAP. I used a WIFI to post this...Thanks

My Glo is showing the same too..... probably a network problem, it should return to normal, I think.
PS: I edited the apn settings, used 'flat' for both the name and and chose 'CHAP' for authentication type and it works. U could try PAP if CHAP does not work for u

It appears to be. Cos I changed mine and the network is back again. Or u could just wait for the network to get better, which should be the case if it's a general problem.

Help..My bbz10 discharges when charging,I've tried all kind of chargers including the playbook charger and the battery doesn't last 3 hrs on heavy usage, I bought a new battery,but it is still d same issue..Could it be the hardware is defective or is there something a phone engineer can do..NB:It runs on the latest OS.
