Most of the research I did gave this process for solving it manually (check /data/system/uiderrors.txt.), but till now I have not been able to get that location on my phone.

why are you looking for an autoloader? why not just the official firmware?

I actually ed a dev autoloader which didn't come in complete, I cnt access my media nd oda stuffs. I wiped/ reload os, but still no luck

Does the screen flicker, or just pure white with no other display?
You might have to get your screen checked by a good phone technician...

Please, I have a problem with my mom's Q10. I was trying to install whatsapp apk so that she can still use whatsapp on her phone. But the app didn't work. It will just start up, show a blank screen and stop working. I decided to upgrade the os but it I also encountered problems doing that. So I opted for an autoloader. After upgrading the os. The phone finished booting and I was asked to to blackberry ID. I entered my mom's ID but it didn't allow me to . Then there was this text in red that said blackberry anti-theft was on. It said I have to with the ID that was first used on the phone. I bought the phone for her early last year, hand to hand when I was in Ibadan early last year. Please is there anything you think I can do about the phone? I had to give my mom my other phone to be using for the main time.

Please, help me.

Hi.. first i'd like to know if when u bought d phone if u wiped it?

If u didn't it means ur mums BlackBerry id hasn't been linked with the phone wc iz why u can't use her details to unlock d phone. And that's a problem.

If all I've said is on point.. you should take ur phone to an Engineer (i'd recommend Slot)

I'm not working in slot and I don't know anyone there. I only recommend them cs I've used their service and also bcs u can hold them liable if anything else goes wrong with your phone

You bought the device second hand but did you you were buying from the real owner or you bought a stolen phone? If you bought from the real owner you need to find the person and tell them to release the device from their own BlackBerry ID...it's as simple as that

Not sure a GSM engineer can help you get round this antitheft security feature
