First, you cannot walk into any Nigerian court to obtain a court order because you are not a lawyer and without following court filing process. Court order is court judgment on a matter, and it take nothing less than one month plus if followed legally and legitimately because the court must sit for at least 3 times before the Magistrate will issue the court order which is the final judgment. Court must sit to hear from the parties involved; Bashir Ahmad, the said Obi he transferred money to, and the receiver's bank. Court will serve them to invite them to the court hearings.


Court order is not an affidavit that you walk into a court to pay money and obtain immediately.


The same process involved in filing a court case is the same process involved in obtaining a court order because it's a court case.
