I look skinny. I ire people whose physique show average flesh. The fact is that I am not naturally a skinny person. This means I can actually gain weight with the right food consumption. buy a weight scale for you.check your weight.

If you want to gain weight you need lots of protein and when I say protein, lots of chicken and meat.
Note: chicken feet, chicken neck,ribs will not give you that weight..

Also, buy crates of eggs..
If you want to fry your chicken.. deep it in egg, put it in bowl of flour and then fry all. Ofcourse you have to season the chicken..

Do same for beef or any meat..

Do not eat 1piece of chicken. Make sure you eat 4 pieces of chicken.

Also, mix banana with avocado and milk and blend as a smoothie..you can also mix peanut butter..

When you do this for 1 week, check your weight.. there will be an improvement.. now you know what you need do to increase that weight.

Don't forget your greens.. you can blend together with your banana, avocado mix..

Do not drink shelve stuff that are ladened with preservative. Else you will gain your weight and damage your body in the long term. Stay away from processed food in your journey to gaining weight.

Make sure you eat atleast 2 Avocado pears every day. Or you blend them together with any full cream milk every day.
Ingest it First thing in the morning and last thing before retiring for the day.

Do this daily for one Month, then come and thank me later.

Note: please while in this food therapy, try and avoid red meat, unless you want to gather stomach fat too.
