I look skinny. I ire people whose physique show average flesh. The fact is that I am not naturally a skinny person. This means I can actually gain weight with the right food consumption. Eat a lot of meat especially offals(Kidney, liver, gizzard) and also take lots of yoghurt and full cream milk. There is this milk called complan milk. It is a high calorie milk and good for weight gain

CoincidentIy, I actually did a Google check on the difference between instant filled milk and full cream milk this morning.

Drink at least 2 biggest size hollandia yoghurt weekly and thank me later.

Do not drink shelve stuff that are ladened with preservative. Else you will gain your weight and damage your body in the long term. Stay away from processed food in your journey to gaining weight.

Normally, too much of everything is not good.

Gaining weight has to do with your metabolism, if yours is as fast as mine... Nothing on earth you'll eat that will add an ounce to you.

The only evidence will be on your skin.


I've once went on that mission, I gave up nothing was showing after 3 months.

If fat no dey your genetic code, forget it...

It is not the amount of food that makes you gain weight but how inactive you are . Eat plenty starch, carbohydrates and protein , the. Reduce your physical activity by 50% ,sleep more

Consume avocado pear for six months and you will not only gain reasonable weight but look fresh too. Drink lots of water too

Start by eating at least 3-4 eggs per day [or every other day], and you'll gain weight in the right places in no time.
Animal proteins are your best bet if you want to gain good weight.

The only swallow Buhari consumes is semovita. Semo doesn’t contain as many calories as eba. If Buhari chop eba and poundy, he go fat like fool.
