Hello good day my oga, Please what is the full address of the Oyo capturing center? There’s one at ibadan but the Oyo itself is very close to me. Thanks[/quote] On NIS page, choose Oyo State as your capturing state, then choose Oyo as your capturing centre. Oyo town capturing centre is on the first turn to your left as you turn into Aawe road, Oyo town. Ask okada guys at Owode, Oyo to take you to immigration office. It's #500 2 Likes |

I had a very impressive experience at Oyo town port office yesterday. Was there to renew my wife and children's expired ports. It's DIY friendly. Got there with my family by 8.55am. By 9.10am, officer A. A. Popoola addressed all of us seated under the shed provided. He told us about how efficient they are and that the only thing that can hinder an applicant from capturing that same day is NIN. Few minutes later, officer M. Kasumu came out to call online applicants (DIY) to see him. I met him with all required documents, which he arranged properly for me, asked that I get yellow files for each of my family , which I did, after which he placed each documents in each file for them all and asked me to wait under the shed. Ten minutes later, he came out to call my family and I to come for capturing. We were led into the capturing room, where my wife and children were attended to by officer Lawson and his team. They were very fast here. I took my time to relate with all the officers that I mentioned their names, they were very friendly and did their job very well. I was told their ports would be ready within the next 3 weeks. No one asked for a dime from me. It took us just 50 minutes to complete all the process there. Their level of professionalism amazed me. Their Oga patapata is a male and his second in command a female. Those who came to collect their ports yesterday, where promptly attended to within minutes. I rate them 10/10 with what I experienced there yesterday. 7 Likes |

iamoyindamola: I'd advise you use Sagamu port office. It's DIY friendly either for fresh port or renewal. |

THURAFTERNOON: I did mine too (DIY) at Sagamu last year. The slip given me stated a week too, but got my port exactly a month after I captured. Be rest assured, you are likely to have your port issued by October 29. I got notified by them by text message when my port was ready for collection. Just zero your mind to October 29 1 Like |

enemerci: port issuance at Sagamu office is not always delayed like other offices. You'll have your port issued within 1 month. I got mine within a month last year December, while some that processed theirs there this year got theirs the following week that they captured and some two weeks after capturing. They do send text messages to inform applicants that their port is ready for collection. 4 Likes |

enemerci: Go on Friday that is your capturing date, but make sure you get there before 8am |

Bestlily: Make sure you leave Lagos early by 6.30am. From Ojota park, board Sagamu vehicle, alight at the petrol station by Sagamu junction and take a bike to port office. It shouldn't be more than #200 from here. If you follow the vehicle to the park, which is the last bus stop, it's about #400 from there. You don't need to go there a day before your capturing day to open your file. Outside the port office, ask the guy at the business centre there to direct you to the court they do make use of. I did mine (DIY renewal) last year November 16th, got there by 10am, asked to pay 6K charges, which I refused to pay (I saw some people bargaining with the officers at the servicom office by the gate), captured around 2.45pm and got my port 16th December last year. They sent text message to me on the 15th of December that my port was ready for collection. I believe Sagamu port office is still the best around the South West for now. 3 Likes |
