Do they suspend online application via the portal?

Please my fellow DIY. I have made two payments on the immigration website for new port application for my kids. The payment went through but I can't back to book appointment. It's saying no record found or I am using the old platform.

Please what can I do i have paid 52k for the two applications already.

I had the same issue but later find out that I was imputing reference number where Application ID is supposed to be imputed…

Which office are you referring to, if is festac office you are the one misleading people because I was there on Monday and nothing has happened to march file not to talk of April because I took my time and investigate everything. Servicom festac is a scam I have to retrieve my file and pay extra money couple with few other people that did their own before me. Festac servicom are still in February while the general (says the officer) applicant file are already in September. So pls if you pay agent of officer don't come here and mislead people. I actually went there base on you comment.

I've confirmed the readiness of my port yesterday at alausa office since May when i did capturing.
I will encourage everyone to always follow-up on their port application from time to time.
God will give us divine favour in the journey of life and destiny in jesus name.
I will update house upon collection.

Warri port office is the best, I did my port July 19 I was called yesterday to claim the port which I did... Warri una try Wella ...

I just got information that my port is ready for collection. I captured at Alausa on June 9. It was DIY.

Also, the port collection arrangement has changed. Please see attached image.

As you can see here, some May, even June applicants are saying theirs are ready, I would have shown you the picture of the page but this is a faceless forum.
Festac is also notorious for their anti-DIY nature just like the port office I used.

Only thing I noticed was that some of the officers Dey always para when they realize you’re DIY .. anyways that’s none of my concern lol .. but pls I wanna confirm something here pls cus I got another information from the officer I asked . The collection date on the print out I was given stated to pick up 05/10/23 and the officer mentioned 2months. What would someone advise me please .. so to make tracking easy and straightforward for me since I’m DIY..

I did mine too (DIY) at Sagamu last year. The slip given me stated a week too, but got my port exactly a month after I captured. Be rest assured, you are likely to have your port issued by October 29. I got notified by them by text message when my port was ready for collection. Just zero your mind to October 29

So what are you saying exactly? Diy festac applicant's port from March till date is not ready yet.

Omoh Ow come? Me that capture on May 2nd self never see my port collect? How did you do it?
