Hello my sister got port request , she is in the UK, but her husband and 2 of her kiids are in Nigeria. Can they send to different Vfs office or do they have to send it together.
It looks complicated to me when dependents' port are sent to Visa office, Accra (when sent from VFS lagos or Abuja) while main apllicant's port is sent to the Visa Office in London. Although expensive, it's better to send to the same VFS office (in london) as one family. In this journey, it's best to avoid complicating things if it's within your power.

My humble opinion is to get all ports in one place, then submit it together to whichever VFS office. London is faster (within a week) while VFS Lagos/Abuja will send to Accra. (4 to 6 weeks)

There are so many other sources of weather info. data aside NIMET that are even more reliable.
.
Other sources of weather info? Jon snow, you know nothing! Any local weather information pertaining to Nigeria that you see on any app or website, irrespective of your location in the world, is generated by Nimet!

Many of you have zero idea how weather information is routed all around the world!

Countries, who are of WMO, make available their weather data through platforms like GTS.

The fact that one tech boy is able to access weather API freely and create a weather app for you to use, doesn’t mean there aren’t people on the ground working tirelessly every day to collect and process the data that is contained in that API.

What Jesus did then was symbolic and should not be interpreted literally, but in context.
He may be a good priest but I view this as eye service.
It's not eye service by Ebube Mmuonso. It's a symbolic action carried out by all Catholic Priests on Holy Thursday. It's just a reminder for Catholic faithfuls to be humble irrespective of their status in the society!

Afternoon guys, I got my PPR finally grin grin

I need some guidance on submitting our ports at the VFS office especially from those who submitted as a group. We are a family of 5 while I am the PA.
1. Regarding the consent form for my kids, I have only put their names in the name(printed) section of the second page but telephone number, email and signature are mine. This is the right way to do it?
Secondly, the third page of the form is the consent form indirect submission. Will I also put in my details on this page for them, since I will be submitting and collecting it?
Thirdly, the last page has to do with biometrics, do we need to fill this for the kids and us, giving that we have already done that when giving our biometrics back in January.

2. For my wife, same question as above for the third page and last page, since she will be filling the second page by herself.

Thanks for your help in advance

Do you have any idea if there is a location (in Abuja preferrably) where one can take the associate level exam?

Hello house, please I need advice; I just got my cbsa note and it states RR (Review Required). The reasons for the RR were listed, I would like to know if it is wise to raise a webform to address the concerns on the CBSA notes or should wait for them to send ADR.
Good Morning, how long did it take before you got your CBSA notes from when you applied?

I have 8+ months of teaching experience, as a part-time teacher (2 times a week). Can this experience suffice for the new education category?
No, it won't. Your work experience has to be FULL TIME. 30 hours per week for one year or 15hrs per week for two years. The information you need is on IRCC website.

Help! I’m confused, I got my ITA on October 23rd 2024 trades and my AOR is November 14th. For now my biometrics and medicals are completed and ed. Info sharing, criminality is ed, security not started but my eligibility is recommended ed as seen on my GCMS notes I ordered in early February. There’s a recommendation with review required for my self employed work experience from Nigeria and my category is through CEC with my work experience here in Canada which gave me the ITA. What do I do next? Other people I submitted before are getting approvals already. So down. Help anybody on what to do please.
First take a deep breath.
1. Was any specific reason given for the "review required" on your self-employment?
2. Also, go through the documents required by IRCC for self-employed reference and compare against the ones you submitted. If you feel they are not convincing enough you might need to submit more documentation.
3. When did you apply and how many weeks did it take you to get your gcms.

3000 jobs? The artisans, engineers, architects, etc. working at the terminals are not more than 100, even if you add those indirectly benefitting like the food sellers, water hawkers, cement and block sellers etc. it is still not up to 100 people. Why do these govt people like lies?

Please consider this post as a reminder that these predictions are not based on scientific analysis. Rather, they seem to be intended to the agency's substantial budget presentation currently going on in the National Assembly.
Do you have any substantial proof why they are not based on scientific analysis?

Please I'd like to enquire about the PNP. I have an inlaw who stays in Ontario. Will she be able to nominate me for PNP to earn an additional 600 points for an express entry. Please I need an explanation on how this works
That's not how it works. It is only the province that can nominate you leading to additional 600 points. But you can claim 15 'CRS' points for siblings of which your inlaw does not fall into that category.

So he decided to marry and you people decided to condemn him

He was not condemned but only suspended from using the office of the priest in an official or religious capacity.

According to the article, the priest himself applied early but was asked to submit some documents to process the application. His marriage only helped to fasten his removal from from priesthood. No time for documents

What a fallacious response.

So as govt have the threat of throwing you in prison, or your boss has the threat of sacking you, they are not real, right?
There are physical and tangible proofs of the govt or a boss doing that. However, one can not say the same for this 'God'.

There is already a solar installment plan available and ongoing with some banks and solar companies. You don't have to pay it in full if you don't have the instant cash. I never thought I could switch too until fuel matter enter am. Let me just say a substantial number may as they get to know the benefits, but not majority.
Why not share the name of these Solar companies/banks or the one you are currently using. Some people reading this thread might be interested.

With time majority will leave the national grid for the wicked people. Some rich people are doing that already.

Majority? I doubt it. Only those who are financially buoyant can effortlessly switch to solar. Not many Nigerians can afford to shell out 1.5 million naira for a basic solar installation. It's a pipe dream to think majority of Nigerians will soon shift to solar. In this same country where the Finance Minister mentioned last year that only about 5% of Nigerians have over 500 k in their bank , is where you believe people will rush to solar? Where will the remaining 95% forming the "majority" see the installation money?

Sometimes light in one phase goes off, or the current drops. You will then need to transfer the cut out unit to the phase with light or the one with stronger current.
What you are describing is a single phase looped in three phases. It's a common practice in Nigeria and I'm quite aware of it. It's still a single phase.
In a three phase, all three cut-outs are positioned, no transferring anywhere and the loads of the house are distributed/balanced across the three differents phases to avoid overloading. This is a common practice in large houses, offices or buildings where heavy appliances are used simultaneously like A.C Units, photocopiers, Water Heater, industrial washing machine etc. or each phase dedicated to the floors of a building not regular houses where the highest consumer of power is a mere ceiling fan.

Check the image below for small exercise for those preparing for TEF/TCF exam on subjonctif, e compose and relative pronouns.

Subjonctif is an easy way to hit at least one complex phrase in your expression ecrite.

kevoh(m): 11:40am On Jan 14
First off, why do you need a 3-phase meter? If you are not living in a mansion with many load or run heavy machinery in your house you do not need a three phase meter. If it's the regular bungalow or apartment with regular appliances found in most homes in Nigeria, a single phase prepaid meter will do the job.

From your explanation, it seems the PHCN staff did you dirty. A by literally involves avoiding the meter and connecting wires directly which should be obvious to you except, of course, you are not telling us the full story.

Just more road expansions and flyovers (that we don't need)in the inner city of Abuja. Nothing else! No hospitals, no schools, no public water system, no jobs, no intercity buses, no trams, no street lights etc. Which infrastructure are they talking about?
