They are not affected because they are produced in China. The tariff only affects goods produced in the USA and imported into China. Chinese companies with factories in the USA are tariff-free.

The aim is to bring the production to the home country or give incentives and an edge to local industries.

I don't know how some of you people understand some things. In america, once you are married to an american whether male of female then you can qualify for citizen at a stage. This man and his naija wife obviously have been married for sometime, 3 kids after and he goes to apply for a nigerian port only to find out that he can't be issued a port because our constitution does not permit him to become a nigerian citizen through married. Only women can become naija citizens through married
