And funny how the manufacturers solution does not work eg the over heating issue which many new car owners always experience after the whatever fails and by is the Nigerian brilliant solution which people have gone on for years enjoying their vehicles and never experiencing the overheating issue.

The wear and tear of Engines and the change of sounds is hard to detect cos it occurs daily and you wont know when the engine changes sound. I experienced this with the car I bought for my Dad.

Yet I detected the difference and 12years after I am still waiting for the damage whereas my vehicles still bring out water and steam.

Mechanic shops prove that even a car using 5:30 oil still has engine troubles, so your talk is still falled.

Precisely my thoughts. I think engines will die faster using 5:30 oils in Nigeria.

And as we can see none of the s have come to state if indeed using these oils have lasted the test of time for I even travel with my vehicles at least twice every year (until 2019) when japa started. But my cars are always ready to travel and thank God I have 2 trips to do this year. So I am definitely counting to see how long it can go.

I’ve been using 20w50 in my Camry 09 bought 2 years ago. I’m about to service the car and I’m considering 5w30 semi synthetic. What’s your take? Although with 20w50 car runs fine and no check engine light, still bring out little water from the tail pipe sometimes in the morning.

Like you, have run 20: 50 for 12 years on my cars and till tomorrow water still comes out in the morning.

And I am counting all these years because when I bought my vehicles I checked all the arguments on using 5:30 vs 20:50 whilst I was still using the 5:30 and my experience when I used 20:50 was that the car sounded better.

In fact, my Honda did not sound well when I put 5:30 in it when I was waiting for my 5:30 to come for in those days 5:30 was not in the market, and so I used the 20:50 and I noticed it sounded better.

But immediately I put the 5:30 it sounded funny, so o I immediately switched back to the 20:50 and now 12 years on my engines still sounds like new.

With the help of the Holy Ghost I will be showing you the difference between everlasting life and eternal life. Though this words may have the same meaning but biblical they are different. And I will be using John 3:14-16 as the main verse.
"And as Moses lifted the serpent in the wilderness, so must the son of man be lifted up:
That whosoever believeth In him should not perish, but have eternal life.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth In him should not perish but have everlasting life.
In verse 14, the Bible talks about an event that happened to the children of Israel after they left Egypt. They disobeyed God and God made serpent to come out from the ground to bit the children of Israel. They were dying from the vernom of the serpent until Moses cried to God and ask for forgiveness. God now told Moses to make a golden statue of a serpent that anyone that look at that serpent will not die. And the Lord Jesus Christ said as that serpent was lifted up so he the son of man will be lifted up. And as the children of Israel were save from vernom of the serpent, when he is lifted up we would be saved.
From verse 14 I want you to note the word son of man. The Lord Jesus said so he as the son of man must be lifted up. He wasn't talking of the the son of God here he was talking of the son of man.
For us to really know what eternal life is, we must know the Lord Jesus as the son of man. Who Jesus is as the son of man and what he did as a son of man. Our understanding of this is what give us eternal life. The Lord Jesus is the son of God in heaven. But he came to the world and become the son of a man called Joseph and Mary. I know some will argue that Mary the mother of Jesus was pregnant through the Holy Ghost but Joseph was still the earthly Father of Jesus. It was through the lineage of Joseph the Lord Jesus came to earth. So he came to this world and became the son of Joseph and Mary. Why this is important, is because if you don't know the Lord Jesus as the son of man, it will be difficult for you to know and believe in the death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus. BECAUSE JESUS CAN ONLY DIE AS THE SON OF MAN AND NOT AS THE SON OF GOD. Jesus as the son of man is a human being but Jesus as the son of God is a spirit. Spirit cannot die. Spirit cannot be seen or touch. So fo the Lord Jesus to die for our sins and resurrect, he must come to this world and become the son of a man. And it our faith in the Lord Jesus as a son of man that gives us eternal life. And as the serpent was lifted up so must the son of man be lifted up that whosoever that believe in him should not perish but have eternal life. Ponder on this. If you have any questions you can ask.
