If Ekweremmadu legally obtained a port for the boy and told the boy why they were traveling, then age is the major problem here. Uk justice department is only working with information given to them by police department based on what the said boy told the police. All I see on this case for now are all speculations , the case has not even gone to court and no plea has been ed. The hearing that took place was just for bail and it was denied. Let’s wait till July 7th to know what the Uk will throw at him and how the Ekweremadus will respond. The major issue here is the boy’s age , if he’s truly 15 then it’s against the law but if the said boy is 21 then this will be considered a big error on the part of Uk.
