Ofunaofu: When Dasuki was arrested and was being prosecuted, I didn’t hear your say GEJ must be arrested too. Or Dasuki acted without approval from the president back then? Ofunaofu: There’s nothing to go back to in your post. It was very clear. You’re just an hypocrite. Una go wail tire. BeardedmeatR: Are you asking me? 😄😄😄 BeardedmeatR: Never knew I’ve been appointed as the AGF. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Lol, u want them to arrest a dead and gone corpse? Buhari knows nothing and wouldn't be much of any usefulness if brought to questioning. Buhari is like a stone. Even while in office, he was a caricature of an effigy. His cows would do better in answering Moo than Buhari answering how he collapsed this country by g anything signable and also opening Treasury vaults through Gorilla Emefiele.....Buhari has a lot to answer but for respect sake as a formal president and for allowing peaceful changeover just like Jonathan......he would be alluded the grace to go and sin no more......just like Jonathan was forgiven by Buhari.....even it's accepted now that both were idiots and robbers in Power .... No story abeg, the fraudulent signed bill should be throw into the bin ASAP. No need talking too much, Buhari era is dead and gone any useless bills fraudulently signed in late hour is null and void. No too much grammar biko. |

Ofunaofu: You mean Emefiele got approval from Buhari to change or alter a material fact in a bill he signed which is different from the one ed by the national assembly? You don't have to include the past president in everything you say to show your for your Emefiele. You make it sound like everything he does, he gets order from the president to do it. More like an errand boy. You must have thought that Buhari is a micro-manager but he isn't. 2 Likes |

Finesse247: To be fair, it's Mr Buhari's advisers who should take the blame for this. Presidents don't read through multi-page bills, then compare it with what the national assembly ed before g. When you see American Presidents sign a Bill into law on TV, the Bill is simply brought to the table for them to sign. All the documents the then prince Charles signed when he was taking over from his mother, you could see he did not read any of them before g. That is the job of competent assistants. It was the job of Mr Buhari's SA's and SSA's to scrutinise the bill properly before taking it to the president. |

As usual, some nincompoops are puting a tribal/witch hunt colouration on this expose already. If the accented bill is different from the ed bill, only one person could be responsible? The person/s who stand to benefit from the alterations/irregularities. And who could these person/s be? Of course, they are the managers of our finance policies and institutions. Also, the fact the man was once a commissioner in lagos does not matter a thing. He just did a good job. 1 Like |

Ndic is not an of the cbn. Its an agency under the ministry of finance. How do you want the governor of the cbn being a regulator to appoint the head of another regulator.

When I said Buhari was full and dumb from day one of his istration till the last day, some folks will begin to argue blindly. How can a president assent to a wrong bill? This goes to show how incompetent the Daura he-goat was. Sad one

Ofunaofu:You are thanking him for faulty reasoning. If he is right, there would be no need to sneak that section into the draft. It would be specified by the national assembly that the CBN governor will be the one recommending the appointment. This is beyond Emefiele, I have had my issue with Emefiele way before now. I have seen him as trial and error CBN governor that lack the competency to be in charge of Nigeria monetary policy. Even then, I am skeptical that this is his hand work. I am assuming that this is a major Bleep up with the people who print and collate the copy that was sent to the president for ascent. they probably print a copy that did not become law. I am assuming that Emefiele knows that he is not going to be the CBN governor for life. The time the law will favor him is going to be the present dispensation and the people that ed the law will still be around and will detect the problem. I am probably giving him too much credit, given the level of his Bleep up in recent times. |

Senioreddy: You said the CBN is Apex bank responsible for the supervision of financial institution but yet omitted the responsibility of the finance ministry and did you wonder why is that? If NDIC is a sole of CBN as you said, then why is the NDIC DG is complaining about it or do you know more than the NDIC DG? I know people like wouldn’t see the fraud committed by Emiefele and Buhari in that new act because you’re so used to corruption that it has hindered your sense of reason. Tueh ![]() |
