How possible is it for a re-applicant to use this ?

I'm not sure the NSE route still works. There is a new directive for visitor and students to apply on the new IRCC Portal . This is different from the GCKey . Below is the link

Application on this new portal guarantees a decision within 14 - 30 business days. I've seen people get visit visa in 16 business days and study visa in 30 business days. No IELTS, no upfront medical and no mybankcertificate is required to apply.

I don’t think an expired IELTS would make any difference.
(1) I’ve not seen NSE Request in months, so no point.
(2) Even if they decide to start NSE request on your head again, it has expired. They will just ask you to do another IELTS and share within timeline.
So save yourself the stress if you’re not ready to re-write IELTS. Except you don’t mind writing again if they consider it.

About 5 pages SOP, There’s no particular pages you must write or not exceed. The major thing is to ensure you capture all that is required.
It’s not too much. JUST CAPTURE ALL THAT IS REQUIRED.

GCMS note is where to start from and it won’t come until 35days or more.

I will advise you tell her to differ till Sep. 2022 now, calm down to get things right on this Application. Anything is possible but you really need time to get things through.

Okay sorry, so this is it again.

* I have a female friend who currently holds a Letter of acceptance to study in Canada. She is about to start her visa application.
* She also holds a previous visa refusal to Canada about three years ago. She applied through an agent (tourist visa)

* In her previous application, the agent declared that my friend is married and submitted a fake marriage certificate.

* The agent also submitted a fake Bachelor degree certificate from a different school (think he did that cause of her 3rd class).

* The agent also declared a fake employment history

Now that she currently holds a letter of acceptance and about to commence her visa application, i need advice on how she can explain her situation given that in the real sense she is:
*SINGLE with no marriage history
*Has a genuine BSc certificate from the right institution as against the institution declared by the agent
*Has a genuine employment history as against the ones declared by the agent.

Since the visa officer will have access to documents submitted for her previous application which was refused, can anyone PLEASE advice my friend on how her application should be presented, and do you think giving all this information about "using a wrong agent" in her personal statement will help out?

What can I do to get a decision soon? We often say no two application is the same, but we’ve seen a lot of people get their PPR in record time , especially recent applications between August and September.

It all started in 2014, I wanted to go for study then, I sent my transcript to WES for processing but when l calculated the money for study I discovered we don't have enough to pull me Tru so I opted to do my Msc in Nigeria.
2018, I wanted to consider EE, I wrote IELTS but scored 7665.5 so I couldn't enter the pool with the result but luckily I was able to enter MPNP, few months after I received LAA, a month later I declined due to some circumstances beyond my control. I wrote another IELTS and re entered the pool in 2019. The thought for study came back when MPNP refused to draw till this year June when they started again. So during the waiting, I began to search for sch. I applied to a sch and l got their LOA and to submit study permit application became problem. I wanted to use agent but my husband said No, try it urself. We fought but later succumbed.
Someone introduced me to her friend who got rejected but later approved thru the help of Nairaland. I talked to him and he said l should come here. Well I'm a ggc, I didn't know how to operate Nairaland but was able to send mail to two people and luckily both of them responded. @ahyotomiwa took my matter for head as if l know him before, he taught me how to operate Nairaland and sent me the link to follow for my documents. I wrote 6pages SOP, he corrected it and reduce it to 3pages without collecting Kobo. I pray the Lord will perfect everything that concerns you bro. He told me some tricks to avoid lump sum cos l had them and everything worked together for my good with the help of God. I'm giving glory to God alone cos l have received my identity. I am in my new.
When l submitted my application, God gave me a song by Judikah

You do not lie, you do not fail what is hard for u to do it doesn't exist ooo, it can never exist ooo. I pray everyday using Isaiah 41: 18 and God answered. I ed NSPPD prayer every morning and many others and he didn't fail me. I fasted tooo every Tuesday since I submitted huuummmm

You failed to provide enough convincing documents to back up your financial claims in your application. what documents did you submit as regards finances in your last application?

The Visa Officer feels the course you are going to study in Canada is actually available in your home country, so why are you planning on spending a lot in Canada on a course that is actually readily available in your home country.
(Your SOP failed you here, cos you were not able to convince the Visa officer why you wanna study that course in Canada). Work on that section in your SOP.


Your purpose of visit does not appear reasonable simply shows you failed to convince the Visa Officer that you are a genuine student that is going to Canada to study and not to Japa.. Your SOP failed you, here again, you didn't convince the importance of you going to Canada to study..
The applicant's immigration status, with this I wanna assume you applied outside of Nigeria, so they had issues with the fact that the country you applied from isn't your country, which means you do not have ties in the country you applied from. If you know you have ties in the country you are, then you will need to work on this in your LOE. if not, I will advise you go back to your country to re-apply.

Now the solution to this is simply your SOP and LOE, I wanna assume your SOP was watery, you generally failed to convince the Visa Officer with your SOP. A strong and convincing SOP will do the Magic in your next application..

Also for your finances, make sure you provide reasonable and convincing documents in your next application and also state these documents accordingly in your application, also if you used a 3rd party sponsor in your last application, and you are planning to use a 3rd party sponsor again, your sponsor has a lot of work to do on a commitment to your studies..

But I will personally advise you do away with a 3rd party sponsor if you have know the said sponsor wont be able to show total commitment in your next application.

Settle down and work on your SOP and LOE, if these (both) documents are strongly convincing, coupled with the right documents for your finances, your Visa is visible in your next application...

Initiated a webform form and it came the next day He sent webform.

There’s a process to GCMS note and it’s always 35days or more…

It won’t be a bad thing attaching your statement of , regardless of the closing balance.

Just specify in your SOP where your main fund is for the program.

I will advise you hold on your JR process.
Wait for the GCMS note to see VO reason.

You might think you tackled it all but a lil gap not counted as anything to us might be their own reason. JR is not cheap.

Just look through your application and see if any slight gap. However, wait for GCMS note before any step.

I’m also a director in hubby’s firm,ed and all documents submitted,including payslips

Dear Stella,

I think what you need here is a strong and truthful SOP. No need hiding anything to avoid shooting yourself. Getting payslip when no money is coming in will complicate things for you.

You’re not the architect of your life or the company that collapsed.
Since your boss offered to give you payslip, then it means He/She can do this for you;

Get a reference letter proving how good you’re in your job but due to some reasons sha, company had to stop operation.
Attach your appointment letter.

Then show/prove that you went into being self employed and how you make your money to survive. This is important as VO will want to see how you survive till now and how you intend not to be a liability in Canada.
For your case, do not hide the masters you had in Nigeria as this can be a career progression to better your future since the job crashed as you are learning to advance the process.

Then link why you want to pursue your program in business so as to perfect some gaps you observed why the company crashed and how you want to better the process for yourself and business… You will need to show how the program will be beneficial in your homeland… I believe you will think of perfect way to write this part, Only you can.

However, Anything is possible…
Strong SOP will sort you. Just get GURUs in the house to review for you with more magical touch.

Please I resigned last year December basically because the company had so many issues, however I have been doing my makeup business (ed) and enrolled for my Sphri classes in March (meaning I haven’t been idol )

now here is the question,I am trying to apply for a study visa (Post graduate certificate HR Management 2 years ) and I am worried my employment status might be a problem .

My boss is willing to give me payslip if I choose to say I am still employed but of cos the salary payment won’t reflect in my . So I am guessing this might be a problem

Please I want to know how to close up this gap in my SOP.

Should I simply state I am still working with my offer letter and all and not provide payslip ?

Or

Should I state I am on study leave for 2 years which started January 2021 in other to conclude my masters in Nigeria and Then decided to go to the uk initial by September but changed my mind to go for PGC course in Canada since my leave period isn’t over .



(Truly I just concluded my masters in Nigeria and my certificate is stating February 2021 . Also ,I got 3 issions for uk for Sept 2021 and just decided to try Canada )

I received the same email on delay from ATIP.
What I did differently was raising a webform, I’ve forgotten the topic used there, but I found something so related on the category.

I urged them to release my GCMS note to the 3rd party on my behalf as I need to tackle the reasons for my refusal.
I woke up the next morning with my
GCMS note on my mail.

I guess everyone encountering this delay should try same.

I will like to state this is my second application. Let me not bother you with my checklists. I will only say it is God. Iv seen better prepared applications with with better ing documents and still refused by IRCC. I realized the need to DEPEND FULLY on God to get my approval. Mine is a long story that God has made to end in praise. I dedicate my Success to Him and encourage all to believe in Jesus. Nothing is impossible for Him.
