Tinibu has crippled oppositions. Anyone thinking any opposition stands a chance against tinibu is delusional no matter the region that opposition is from. Back to your question - I honestly do not think PDP is even interested or has the capacity as at now to unroot Tinibu, it comes across to me like PDP is planning towards 2031. By then, Wike and his family will be decamping back wage war against whoever. Whatever it is, the country needs serious revolution. Tinibu’s romance with and west is a bad omen to us and west Africa. We have become the laughing stock of the continent. Both our president and the citizens are not respected in west Africa or Africa in general. It’s a shame, it’s embarrassing, it’s a slap and we have never been this low before. Almighty Nigeria reduced to an irrelevant institution in Africa. Kai, our leaders have cheated us. Buhari has completely destroyed us and Tinibu wants to do the burial. What sets of wicked leaders we have. We as citizens though deserve the leaders we have to some extend. Upon all that, we re-voted Buhari to finish the 8years, then vote in Tinibu (anyone telling you tinibu did not win 2023 elections has serious case of mental issues) all because of religion. North wouldn’t stop until the see that the country is completely destroyed (I am a Northerner before you say jack). No any hope of education, mass skill acquisition, industrialization, just killing, hate preaching and have sex. What a region, what a country, what set of leaders. No one coming to save this region of country until we collectively decide to. Tinibu, continue your agenda of romancing with and making us the laughing stock of west Africa. |

[quote author=overdrive post=135289775] Kindly outline how much it cost you to completely switch to solar. I spend #10k a week on electricity. Band A to be precise. Sometimes I am happy when they take light.[/ All depends on how much you can afford. There is a set up for 1.5m and there is also a set up for 15m. I first set up cost about 500k (2021). While my second set up cost about 7+m (2024). All comes down to what you want to power and how much you are ready to spend 1 Like |

richmond500: I am jealous of you. Before I stopped using Napa completely, I was spending 170k/month on electricity in my two bedroom apartment. Appliances includes: deep freezer, fridge, 1.5hp ac (10to 15hrs daily), fans, bulbs, kitchen electronics, 3 tvs. Now I am completely off grid through the use of solar *modify - I see people asking my solar set up: Initially, I was using nepa together with a 2.5kva inverter + 2pcs 220ams battery (no s). After I relocated to a new place with band A, the elect bill suffocated me. I discarded my both nepa and upgraded my solar system. Now I am using a 10kva inverter, 15kwh lithium battery and 16pcs of 500w s in my 3 bedroom apartment. This powers my freezer, inverter fridge, washing machine, water dispenser, 2pcs of 1.5hp ac, 4pcs TV, fans and bulbs. Mind you, solar will make you learn load management even more than when you are using nepa. All the applainces are on from 8am to 5pm. Then I start switching off some so I can use my ac at night (I put ac at 28/29 degrees + fan to circulate the cold air). Not for one day have a gone even for 10 minutes without light since I put this set up. Solar is expensive no doubt, but it is worth it at the end 31 Likes |

In Nigeria, never allowed yourself to be killed. The killer might walk free, leaving your kids and parents as the genuine losers. Your spouse will definitely move on at some point. Heed to the posters advice. LEAVE NOW

I own two cars: Camry 2010 and corrolla 2006 model. Both cars always have full tank, so I never really measured the fuel consumption the way the poster stated. However, the Camry obviously consumes more fuel than the corrolla. The corrolla is rugged, stands the test of time and once you repaired it, it tends to not give any issues for a while. I imported my Camry directly from US in 2022, so I never had issues with it till date aside oil change and brake pad. I consider it relatively new, but I can tell it wouldn’t withstand the ruggedness of the corrolla. Although I enjoy it more than the corrolla because it’s softer and sweet to drive.

Looking at the crippling energy sector in Nigeria, solar inverter is the way to go. Personally, I used a 10kva + 15kwh lithium battery in my 3 bedroom apartment, and I am off grid. I will say it’s worth it and never had issues with it as I am doing load management. Share you experience using solar and what is your advise for those we want to go solar |

Dogalmighty17: Look around you. You must have know of some highly popular and connected politicians few years ago that where in power and had connections all over. Some years later, they got broke and the connection disappeared. See, once you don’t have money, forget it. The connection you thought you had will disappear, no one will answer your call again 1 Like |

Jagabanbattle: A completely delusional fellow. He can realistically say Tinibus vote might reduce in the north but chose to be delusional. Goo check my 2023 postings, I am a northerner that worked vote and ed Atiku. 2027, I will still Atiku. But realistically, we will won’t have enough votes to defeat Tinibu. Tinibu is consolidating votes of northern Christian’s plus the die hard ApC . 11 Likes 1 Share |

Personally, I rather have Reno as an adviser of tourism/minister of tourism than Ambassador. Not because he isn’t capable of being ambassador, but because he fits in more as someone who can project the country positively to rejig that sector

I have been using a non-inverter freezer for over 5 years now and never had issues with. I recently bought an inverter fridge, about to start using it next month. Hopefully I can learn from this topic. I did this because I want to go completely off-grid. I am using a 2.5kva inverter + 2pcs 220ah batteries. However, I bought a new 10kva + 15kwh lithium battery to add to it. Hence, i am having to go for solar friendly appliances. I have 1.5hp non-inverter ac. Can I connect this to my inverter set up and use only during sun peak hours? PLEASE I WILL APPRECIATE SOMEONE WITH SOLAR KNOWLEDGE TO ADVICE ON THIS PLAN OF MINE 11 Likes |

Congratulations to the Dangote brand. This is a great feat, not just for him but for the country at large. We hope that more Nigerians with resources will start establishing industries in different sectors so our dear country can regain its lost glory. More industries, more exports, fewer imports, and a stronger economy. That being said, I tried to search for information regarding the cost of buying this car but couldn’t find any. Could someone privy to such information share it with us? Additionally, what kind of policies can the government implement to ensure that such industries are not allowed to fail due to low patronage? Lastly, how can an average Nigerian afford such a car?" 1 Like |

praxs: They only option to which the can export is through Rwanda since they are not recognized the congolese government. Now this is where the alleged “sponsorship by Kagame” comes in. As they are Tutsi by tribe, naturally Kagame will have sympathy for his tribal men. Thus, Kagame gave them access to export through Rwanda and most likely share a certain percentage with Rwandan government. This naturally makes them bond with the Rwandese. As it is now, Congolese govt is saying Rwanda is sponsoring the M23 and they are not Congolese, they must go back to Rwanda. On the other hand, Kagame is denying this accusation and asserting that they are Congolese and not Rwandese, they will not be accepted as Rwandese just because they are Tutsi by tribe. Hope this summary helps 16 Likes 2 Shares |

Here is a brief recap of what is actually happening. Before anything else, let’s start from pre-border era. It’s a known fact that people that resides in between borders of two countries, will definitely have its people separated in between the two border countries. E.g, Hausa people of sokoto, zamafa, katsina state borders have its people both in Nigeria and Niger. After British drew the border lines which we all call countries today, the Hausa people of Niger became Niger citizens while Hausa people of Nigeria became Nigeria citizens. Tutsi are a tribe found in border town between Congo (kivu province) and Rwanda. To be clear, president paul Kagame is a Tutsi by tribe. For several years, the Tutsi in Congo(M23) have been crying of marginalization by the Congolese government. The Congolese government have asserted severally during the past years that Tutsi are Rwandese citizens and not Congolese. Because of these marginalization, the Tutsis in Congo had to pick up arms to defend themselves and their people from exploitation of resources in their local region in Congo by the Congolese government. This became the genesis of the war. Now that the Congolese government doesn’t recognize them as Congolese, the M23 needs money and resources to sustain it self and its militant. Their region being rich in minerals, they delve into mining of the resources for export so they can get money. Part2 72 Likes 11 Shares |

It is difficult to say who is the best performing governor as governors have different spending might. You cannot compare Lagos governor with nasarawa governor for example, as their financial strength is not on the same level. Having said that, I will give my two cents as to who are the best performing governors in each region. I must it that it’s just a mere opinion. SS: I can’t actually finger a particular governor is who level above the others in this zone. Seems these set of governors are level below previous governors from this region. Tempted to say Fubara of Rivers state SE: it’s a toast between Mbah and Alex Otti. I leave this to those with more knowledge. SW: no doubt Lagos governor is visionary, but at the same time has more spending power. I will still give it to him though followed by Ondo governor NE: Fintiri of Adamawa. This is not even a debate. Only those with limited knowledge of this region will call Zulum. Fintiri takes this one NC: Niger followed by Plateau. Bags of Niger is showing ambition to transform Niger state through Agriculture NW: Seems nothing exceptional and transformational going on in this region. Not sure who I can say is level above the others. Someone should help here 1 Like 1 Share |
