Please can anyone recommend a furniture person preferably in Abuja that can fabricate high quality dinning table like this with marble table top. I can't afford the ones being sold in shops currently but I believe it can be made. I need someone who pays rapt attention to details and affordable.

I am looking for someone who can make me a Materials List based on a building plan that I have. Please me if you are able to.

I want to start a building project next month but the price the engineer is quoting is giving me high blood pressure. I decided to bring it here let's have a look together and see if we are on the same page.

In order to make it easier for the QS.if I can have the floor plans.i can do an Estimated BOQ based on recent 5- bedroom duplex I have done before for the MEP services Free of charge.
And I will send it here.

It also depends on the area. #70M turn key might not be a bad deal anywhere. If you negotiate in stages, it might save you some money. Like

It can be used for picture frames,full designs,demarcation etc.
Its different from the normal POP mouldings,no fear of long term crack,or breaking when something hits it.

The base of the ladder is taped with carton,so it can't slip.My major concern was the locks,make e no go loose.

Sometimes the locks just makes sound without even locking, happens too many times. Btw, how much do you charge per square metre?

Normally,its horse benches we use,I just had to manage the ladder because it's the only option available

it has to be properly designed by a structural engineer. the loading coming on it determines the steel strength to go for so the height does not determines the stanchion. there are other factors to be taken care of.
