ur port is valid till October 17. U can travel internationally with it. Nothing will happen

I did my NIN change of name over a month ago and it’s still not out. I’ve gone to the main office at Alausa to no avail. I’ve sent all the emails and called so many times.
I’m trying to use it to process my port, which will also take weeeeks.
Can I process without my nin?
Any I can call?
Is it possible to fast track nin?

I didn't get an enrollment slip funny enough. I got the number written on a paper which I misplaced. I had to retrieve it from Servicom.
Your port should be ready 2 weeks after capture.

That information is wrong, everything is automated, Ikoyi and Festac port office is highly corrupt.
You are to pick your enrollment slip on the printer by yourself,no one should have written anything on a piece of paper.

Thanks for sharing this, I am feeling more hopeful about mine coming out in time as well. It's good to know an enrolment slip wasn't as vital as some people made it seem and the handwritten number was more than enough.

i captured in Alausa on the 24th of last month and i picked my slip from the printer like every other person,of course this not my first time of shooting for a port and 3 out of the 4 time's that i have captured were DIY.

Lol! i know, my hands were tied, had no option but to pay the 50k. I can't wait for 3 months just to get my port. Seems like u've not been there, corruption is soo deeep in there that if u try following due process no one will attend to u or even look ur face. Who will i report to for the extortion going on there, i was surprised that there chief/command head is aware of the port racketeering.

You still have approximately 6 months before the expiration of your port you that have anything to worry about.Go for your umurah without fear and Infact you can still use the port for hajj.Don't forget to pray for the Nation when you get there

From a reliable source, i suggest you use Enugu or Awka(Anambra state). But I'd advice you to use Enugu since they now have production plant.
Don't try Delta or Edo else you will wait till eternity even if you go the express way. Those people are so corrupt and heartless, avoid them

Kindly assist advise on how you were able to solve this as my kids are scheduled for capturing in lagos and @All, please assist with ur inputs on this.

If you already have your NIN-Number with you,, but whenever you take the NIN-Number to the Bank, they would always tell you to go back to the NIMC and tell them to Validate your NIN-Number and add it to the NIN-Database on the NIMC Computer.

Put the subject as “VALIDATE MY NIN-NUMBER”.
Then give them your “full name” and the NIN-Number that is to be validated.

if you want Enugu,I can connect you to someone, Note; I will do also,but mine will be fully done online. Is 25k online,but if u want to use any of the immigration officers,hold from 40k upward.
