Raider76:I am not disputing that the name could be of positive influence sometimes, but at least the President of Angola cannot be accused of favouring his nephew (family member) in this award unlike what some people said with the ENI deal. |

Sunrisepebble: Thanks for this news. Hopefully and thankfully , the clueless Tinubu is not the president of Angola, otherwise we for no hear word because of noise of favouritism! ProphetUtuocha must be respected when it comes to tips about Oando! 5 Likes |

Bagwa:This response from Oando does not answer the question about how much was paid to the musicians (Wizkid, Davido, Burna, etc) for the so called Xmas party. I wish the lawyers can resubmit another letter asking for specific response to the party expenses. For me, the positives in Oando's response are the confirmation that a letter to discontinue the buy-out offer has been submitted to NGX, and the share redistribution exercise. 1 Like |

Raider76: This is just noise without substance. Why this media hype again, at this point when all that matters to shareholders is the share redistribution exercise that is yet to happen? It is also misleading to say Oando is 30 years old. Oando took over from Unipetrol , which started business in the 1950s (if I am not mistaken), therefore Oando cannot be only 30years old. It is rather Wale's Ocean and Oil that is 30 years old. This is one of the issues raised in the letter to NGX/SEC by some aggrieved shareholders. 6 Likes 1 Share |

Leobankx: This is an opportunity ex-Emir Ado Bayero to be deposed finally. The Kano State Judiciary and House of Assembly will now grant him full fair hearing, and the case will still be decided in favour of Emir Sanusi at the end, thereby putting the case to rest finally. Determination of Emirate matters rests solely with the state government and state judiciary, that is why the Federal High Court cannot do anything about it, 6 Likes |

Locotrader: My brother, never under-estimate what can happen to your fortune and that of others. One good investment can turn anyone into a billionaire, almost overnight! I am talking from experience. For instance, some people bought several millions of Ikeja Hotels when it was at N0.9k somewhere in 2023/24. Some people could have easily bought more than 100million units at that time. Imagine someone bought about 100million units (i.e. just N90m) when it was selling at N0.90k. The same Ikeja Hotels is selling at over N12 today. That would make about N1.2billion, just like that. Such person would automatically be a billionaire but may not necessarily abandon this platform. I know what some stocks have done for people and myself; it may sound like a miracle, but it happens and it can happen to you with your current portfolio. You may not put your mind on it, but it can happen. 13 Likes |
