Social media makes everyone equal, that's why you can say whatever you like behind your keyboard. Before Social media, your forebears do not measure balls with us. They know who's got it bigger & who's got it steel.

We gave it to ANC, Mandela came kneeling and thanking us.

LMAO. Why didn't he mention it to us before dying ? grin grin grin grin. Go and pick it up from his grave. You are owed nothing by us. You'll wail for generations for money your politicians are busy spending on oloshos in London grin grin grin grin. Lost souls grin

Nigeria gave ANC over $60billion in financial aid, Nigeria led a boycott of the 1986 Commonwealth games in protest against the apartheid regime, 32 other countries from Africa, Asia, Caribbean followed Nigeria to boycott the games. Nigeria provided secret military training to ANC guerrilla forces in Kaduna. Anyways, I really do not blame you, I blame the social media. Social media twisted your minds and makes you think Nigeria is in competition with you, but that y'all being delusional. Your older generation who experienced the brutish apartheid regime, who were beaten, battered and treated like slaves on their own land were grateful to the sacrifices of Nigeria towards your liberation.

I don't know why I keep on getting banned replying you ....but ill not stop grin. My post must appear by fire by force .

First of, give us another word nearest in meaning to " particularly dear", if you went to school.
Secondly, if Mandela could come to Nigeria to knee down and appreciate what Nigeria did for South Africa, how could you, that was never born at the time, think you can twist the narrative of an event that happened before you were even conceived. You can be anything but smart.

Mr man ,whether the Pope said you were his favorite country in Africa or a country he holds dearest in his heart etc. But he never called you the most important country in Africa....that one comes from your narcissistic brains grin grin grin

When did Mandela kneel in Nigeria now?....see what I'm talking about ? grin grin

Mandela also visited the UK,USA,etc countries whose citizens were divided on the issue.
I won't even.mention the most most important countries in the entire struggle, the likes Zambia, Tanzania, Cuba,Russia ,Angola.

So Mandelas visit to Nigeria wasn't unique nor special ....the man was a diplomat. But to people with an deep inferiority complex and a need for praise ,you'd obviously hype the visit as something it wasn't grin grin grin. Sad!

Where did he claim that Nigeria was the most important country in Africa? grin grin

The man is referring to his experience and visit to Nigeria....he never compared nor contrasted Nigeria to any African country . That came from the war-hero's lips not his grin.

Mandela once came to Nigeria to.say thank you for the ....to many of your stup*d people that translated to him saying " Nigeria was the main country of interest in the SA struggle " grin grin grin

You people suffer from something dark, rare and downright dem*nic grin. Your need for praise, recognition and relevance is like no other grin grin grin grin.

I am yet to understand why some RSA citizens tend to discourage pan African Collaboration with their fellow Africans. One of the reasons for the ACFTA agreement is to reduce barriers to trade among African nations thereby improving economic prosperity among Africans.

Africa First!!!

We don't have a problem with trading with any African group but we have a problem with lawlessness, chaos and in-ability and that's exactly what will happen when there's a bordeless Africa with a free movement of people, we are experiencing a prelude to that as we speak.

Africans might share a continent but we don't share the same values, conditioning and aspirations for our respective countries. These differences will lead us to chaos and civil wars if we are forced together .

We are for trade ( free movement of goods) ,but not chaos and destruction ( free movement of people to wherever they choose within Africa).

We have no problem with being visa free to certain nations ,but we definitely would frown upon any attempts by our government to have visa free pact with certain nationalities whose citizens and us can't seem to agree on anything .

Ghana and Kenya have lived in peace with us in SA, they never came here to attack us with any vices and evil and when the government announced that the citizens of those countries would have a visa-free pact with us, there was complete silence in the country because both nations don't have a history of bad vices here and they seem to appreciate being welcomed here. And when you look at their countries ; they have more peace and unity among their own citizens and that to us means they'll be capable of living in peace with their neighbors. You can't hate the people who are closely related to yout ( within the same borders with you ) ,and then convince me that you'll not attempt the same with me who is not even your close neighbor.

We welcome AFTCTA and their election of our brother as it's leader, but we will not be sending goods to others whilst they send us their criminals, desparados, destitutes and terrorists....we want balance and he is there to make sure of that.

We want transparency when a deal is signed between our country and another .....what will they get from us and what we should expect from them.

Everything must be taken into consideration when dealing with continental problems.....

Economic disparities
Security and peace disparities
Migration patterns
Human rights issues
Infrastructural disparities
Social & basic amenity access disparities
Religion and cultural practices & tolerance
Political,social and economic development
Etc.

We can't pretend that all of Africa is on the same page & level concerning the issues listed above .....and that's where the real issues lie. Ignore those and end-up with a civil -war riddled shythole for all not some. ( as is currently the case ).

So yes,we are willing to participate in trade but we want the conditions to be transparent and communicated to us before g any deals on our behalf.

What is funny? People all over the world make mistakes.

One of the least noted aspects of USA history is that it started out as a socialist system. You can learn a little bit here -
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7dAmroKyzGY

Learning from historic errors is a sign of high intellect. Implementing solutions without being forced or prompted shows diligence. Even China that was once an absolute Communist dictatorship adopted some limited capitalist free market reforms. For whatever reasons, Black Africans can't implement free markets on their own.

Good Luck to Nigeria.

LMAO. grin grin grin here he comes with the cape to save whitey grin grin grin

Mr ,stop shifting goalposts. Socialist and communist policies aren't black African policies as you implied earlier. ..that's what I wanted to expose about you . The half -truths you tell to protect your privilege to self loathe grin.

The whole Eastern Europe is filled and for the longest time they were under communism and you are here calling it mistakes grin .....Black African countries aren't even independent and most aren't even 60 years in fake independence and you've already condemned them to eternal poverty grin grin

China isn't helping anyone. Listening to a trade & economics podcast about a month ago, I learned that China is practicing the kind of economics that the European colonial powers used to exploit the world - MERCANTILISM.

How come Zambia and Nigeria aren't prospering with all their Chinese help? And Niger Republic?

The ONLY way to build a thriving and developed economy is with FREE MARKETS. South Africa is doing better than the rest of Black Africa because the ANC and Black elite have generally retained the system of Anglo-Saxon free markets, floating currency and property rights. I've regularly traded the rand from my computer but never the naira. There's a reason why.

Good Luck to Nigeria.

What are Zambia and Nigeria sending to China ?

Chinese aren't saints ,you have to use your head as well when dealing with them....they are not here to develop us but themselves but we can also exploit their huge market .....negotiation tables are open. Why allow them to bring their prisoners in your countries to build and maintain your infrastructure? grin. We can't allow that nonsense here ,but others Do. Why open your markets for them to bring in cheap products but you take nothing of significance to them?that's on us ....don't blame them grin.

See, this is why I was telling one of my interlocutors on this forum that arguing with ignorant people is very tiring. You just proved it above. I'm not here to sling mud, denigrate or belittle anyone. I go with FACTS.

Zimbabwe's economy didn't crash solely because of sanctions. I personally sympathize with the generally popular policy of taking back the lands stolen by the White settlers but it had consequences. Basically the Black Zimbabwean majority had to choose between socio-political dignity and economic stagnation....these things are up to those who have to live with the outcomes. They chose dignity and have gotten the expected results.

South Africa, Namibia and Botswana have chosen to maintain a strong White minority influence in the economies and again the result is as expected - the Blacks Africans in those countries are enjoying the highest living standards on the Dark Continent. That's the data. Anything else is sentiment.

Thanks for the conversation.

Good Luck to Nigeria.

You didn't dispute anything I said though grin grin...don't try to be smart by half here .

Did I say it was only sanctions that caused the Zim economy to collapse? grin

I said their economy was strategically tied to that of the UK, and the same is true for SA. Our biggest markets are Western economies . Why do you think the whites hate our BRICS involvement so much ?

BRICS has prioritized black SA entrepreneurs and they have opened their markets for us especially China. Why do you think the European Union is ing SA on the land issue ,why not back up their cousins like they did in Zim?. Why not Trump against the ANC?

SA is a major source of raw materials for them and we are now exploring our options away from their bondage ( where we have to partner with whites to get business in Europe ) Asia has not such expectations from us.

Zimbos never built relations with non-Africans before breaking away ,they thought African audio was enough grin. How can you depend on a fellow slave to escape your chains?. You need to look up to someone who has broken free already not someone who wishes to like you grin

And Botswana doesn't have a significant white population...I don't know where you got that from .

True, there's likely no history of slave trading among the native Blacks of South Africa. However it's clear why xenophobia is so rampant among them. They don't want to share the fruits of White economic development, that's the major point. Without the Whites of Southern Africa, those countries will be exactly like the rest of Africa. Black Africans tend to attain higher HDI and general socio-economic development when they live among Whites. The evidence is clear all over the Continent and the world.

Thanks anyway. I was expecting some deep rooted, evidence based argument. grin I mean, South Africa as a whole is getting poorer under Black African majority rule than it was in 1990, but of course that's not a convenient argument. Something as simple as maintaining Eskom is hard for dudu.

Good Luck to Nigerians.

Can you show me the proof that SA black government inherited a thriving economy ? grin

There was never any problem with Eskom....many of it's plants started buring down in freak accidents when a white man took over...surprise!! grin. For years it was doing just fine under Black SA management until a blue-eyed blonde took over and the rest is history. A black man took over again ....and guess what ....No more loadshedding ...miracle ? grin grin. No ,the blue eyed one was brought it in to get people to hate the ANC...he was brought in to usher in the coalition government we have now wink.

Nope ,without Whites those Southern African countries would have continued to develop their own agric and mining economies in their own and pace. And you probably would have continued selling each other off ( well ,you still do) grin grin grin grin

No wonder ,you people drown in the Mediterranean Sea trying to get to the white man grin grin grin. This is on another level of inferiority complex ...it's like you can't breathe without saying thanks to white people grin grin

I would like to read it. Maybe there's some key words you need to avoid? In any case INFERIORITY AND SUPERIORITY exist in nature. Here's a little example -

Chinese people are generally shorter than Negroes. This is a GENETIC reality that technology hasn't yet been able to overcome.

Basketball is a sport in which HEIGHT is an advantage. It makes sense that there's more Blacks than Chinese in the USA National Basketball Association. There's no denigration is saying that Blacks are generally superior to Chinese in the sport of basketball.

At the same time, the Chinese man Yao Ming is taller than 95% of Blacks in this world...., Chinese are generally shorter than Blacks.

Exceptions make the rule. Black Americans were sold into slavery by their Black African brethren 500 years ago. Today Black Americans are the wealthiest, healthiest and best living Negroes on the planet...followed by the Black British and then South African Blacks. There's one glaring commonality that even the blind can FEEL. cool

Call it whatever you wish, the facts stand for themselves. Black South Africans don't want to share the fruits of White development with other Blacks and that's a very understandable instinct. Facts over Feelings.

Good Luck to Nigeria.

1. You make it sound like white people found black people idle to your self loathe grin.

White people didn't bring mining and farming to Africa and especially not SA; they found people doing those here . They hijacked those sectors at gunpoint....yes they have developed machineries to increase productivity,.....why wouldn't they have developed those when they had others chained so as to not develop and experiment further with what they were already engaged in. For instance the Bantu people were iron men ...that's what they used to protect themselves from genocide ( USA and Australian kind) and for mining . They developed those from their own resources ....now had they been un-interuputed by the criminals that later invaded Africa who knows what else they could have done .

2. There is no independent black country . I mean a country that controls it's own resources and reserve bank. So how do you think such countries would develop without developing at the pace and taste of those who control the resources?

Ofcourse they will make Blacks living in the countries you mentioned richer or generally above other blacks ...but they panick and devise ways of destroying them when they threaten to overtake them. When SA blacks started dominating middle class neighborhoods and having higher purchasing power than them ....then problems started in SA, borders were opened to allow in cheap labour and reduce the earnings of local Blacks. Drugs and n.g.os set up to defend the dealers . All the above and more are in USA and Brazil as well. So yes, they will want the Blacks well- off compared to other blacks from elsewhere but never above them.

3. Earlier you mentioned Zim. Who were their allies? African slave nations ? grin. The economy of Zim was strategically tied to that of the UK,so when Mugabe * started misbehaving * they cut them off and Zimbos had no one else to trade with apart from SA; because the rest of Africa turned their backs on them after cheering them on grin....but do you blame them? Who would want to stand up and be counted against the West?

4. You also mentioned Asian countries with high HDI...you mean like Singapore, South Korea, Japan etc. Those are vessels of the West ...they have no real independence like Africa but their own leaders seem to have negotiated better deals for their people compared to us here in Africa or they fought fiercely sending fears to the West,so they had to *make them more comfortable to avoid a nasty rebellion that could threaten their standing * .

China though ,is definitely a country you could call an independent Asian country ....they definitely have a mind of their own.

5. Nope, black SA don't want to share a country with Blacks who think building a paved road is something only a white man can do when they.have built their own roads grin. We don't want to share a country with people who think running to ready made places is the destiny of black people. I could go on.

And yes, white people were the architects of SA and Nigeria too grin. No sentiments. But the actual development is the sweat of the black man. I know you desperately want to paint Blacks as the benefiaries of good white graces grin grin...people who did nothing but had everything handed to them. That's because you are an immigrant over there and you had no role in what that country became so you need for all Blacks to feel like you feel grin grin. Nope. Those foundational Blacks over there are beneficiaries of their own sweat. No sentiments and no envy wink

This is a common trait of Black Africans. They're exceedingly selfish and hateful to their fellow Negroes. That's why they sold their own kind into Arab & Atlantic Slavery. That's why I will never live in a Black African dominated country again.

Good Luck to Nigerians.

Your people are the ones who sold their own to slavery, and till today your people are still the leaders in human trafficking ( samething). Don't try to make this about * Africa * grin grin grin.

No one cares where you choose to live ,but what you'll always be is a Nigerian grin....that's an identity you can never escape ...Nigerian is ingrained in your genes buddy grin. No amount of calling it names will wash that away.

America has it's own foundational blacks ....the ones who were part of developing it ....not the ones who came later dripping in inferiority complex trying to discredit them out of envy .
