If you have the money, you could consider london. But if you're conscious of your financial power, please go with northumbria. Its an excellent university, as i am there presently. Newcastle is also a great town, and job opportunities are quite on the high side. Living expenses is way cheaper too, when you compare with london.

Overall, i'll choose newcastle

Choose Northumbria. That's where I am and I'm enjoying it to the fullest. I've heard Bournemouth is quite expensive.

Congratulations on the offers. I can assure you there are more things to consider asides that which you stated up there.

*Except you’re a rich fellow or from a rich family or something, 1k pounds is a whole lots of difference ooo. Although that shouldn’t be the core factor to determine your choice, but it’s integral

*Location of school is very important. If you’re the type that will be heavily reliant on working to raise money(tuition and living expenses), then location is key. How is the job opportunities in Bradford and Sheffield? How much for accommodation, bus , groceries etc?

* Educational reputation of the school. It’s important that you choose better school. School weh get rep, and will boost your profile when a recruiter views your Cv after graduation.

* most times, schools weh Dey ask for small deposit before enrollment, na dem go start to Dey disturb you with mails the minute you land in the Uk.

Did you check the instruction about how to return sample? Usual you are encouraged to use their Dropbox rather than posting it.

What does ‘living expenses’ mean and what’s included? Rent, bills, etc., or only feeding and other minor spends? Also, where in the UK? Your question is too vague, you may need to be more specific to get the help you desire.

Just to buy normal needed stuffs, 2 months student accommodation, and transport here and there.

No exorbitant/lavish spendings. Just daily needs and 2months student rent.

If you are carrying over £10,000 cash you must declare it at the point of entry. I plan on having some funds to keep me alive before I get a job. Can I put in my dorm in Nigeria, and withdraw via ATM over there?

Timeline!!! May God’s name be praised

First time writer. If you notice my name, you will observe the Canada tag on it. I was denied a Canada student visa in October 2021. It was really devastating because the reason for the refusal wasn’t sensible as I was the sponsor of my elder brother who got his visa July but I was refused based on personal asset and financial status despite having 20m in my , lands and 4 houses, only to find out in my gcms note they misrepresented the sponsor for my parents meanwhile I was the one sponsoring myself probably because of my age lol as I’m just 25. Anyways I reapplied and still waiting for their response. Fast forward to November, I took the alternative option and started my uk application.

Applied to the university of Sunderland - 5th of November
Got itted- 9th of November (submitted my transcripts of 4.29 cgpa, ielts and certificate)
Did a walk in tuberculosis test and got it done on the same day 12th of November (just walk in and try your best, there’s no harm in trial, I did it and I got it done)
Tution Payment of 3500 pounds with Citibank, 24hours my telex was out (16th of November)
Sunderland CAS request and questinonaire 17th -30th November)
Sunderland issued my CAS on the 1st of December
Applied on the 2nd of December (Walk in Service paid the 42k for that, Priority, Vi centre)
Transferred to DMC on the same 2nd of December
No NSF mail
No additional documents, No dependant either port Collection request 2:pm 13th December 2021 document pick up same day 13th December.

Declared my Usa visitor visa refusal of 2018 and two Canada refusal (visitor and student, 2018 and 2021 respectively).

In all I give thanks to God and I congratulate everyone who has gotten their visas. Special thanks to all those who have contributed in one way or the other for others to have a successful application.

18th November documents sent( two offer letters, work identity card, payslip 2years, Recommendation letter).
Same day acknowledge the receipt of the documents.

22nd November sent mail requesting the status of the visa application. After hours I received the status, decision has been made, wait for VAC to you.

29th November received mail from TLS" documents ready and will be delivered through DHL,

29th, tracking of DHL started. 5am 1st December DHL delivered to PHC

Went to DHL collected the pacel, opened the port first page no visa or vignette, my mind cut, I turned the pages and saw where visa was stamped.

When UKVI requested for additional docs for employment, I sent my offer letter, payslip, reference letter and work Id.

My fear now is - my salary is 97k monthly and I'm thinking it'll raise a red flag as to how I'm able to raise POF (which is in my , enough to cover first year tuition remainder and living expenses). I've been working 7years now.

Please will this be a red flag? That my salary wasn't that much. A friend I met at TLC has gotten collection mail, I'm yet to get.
