How much for the hostels and is it suitable for couples?

Hostels are super cheap, depending on country and the hostel though. But they're also neat and comfy. The highest hostel I stayed was €18 per night.

For couples, Una fit stay ooo, but Una fit no dey able to palash sha . Except Una no send say person dey the room with Una. Thiuh some hostels have a bunk cover, where you can cover your portion of the bunk while inside.

Did 5 countries at once during the summer.
Then 4 countries in September.

Please note this was a personal choice though, as I am a travel lover. . I only made sure to use as the country through which I applied for the Schengen visa, as I figured a German visa would carry more weight on my port than Lithuania or Finland for example. Whichever country you apply through, you can visit all other countries (27 I think) in the Schengen zone. so I chose to go with . However, you can do 1 or 2 countries, it's strictly a personal choice. Another thing is to ensure you still have plenty of time for your study remaining, as it will show you have ties here and will definitely come back to your studies.


Yes I obtained a letter from the school. It's available on the student portal.

For flights, I used Ryan air. Got some tickets for as low as £9 (just make sure your luggage no 1 bag).

For hotel, I stayed in hostels (dormitories)) in those countries. They're cheap, but not the most luxurious or private spaces

After 8months, I'm coming back to thank Ralph Lauren again. I followed your tips bumper to bumper. Did a couple of Schengen travels (9 countries in total). I didn't spend up to 1,000 pounds in all (flights and hotels).

Then I applied for the US visa and..... Boom. I got it. Visa officer legit asked if I had travelled internationally since I came to the UK and I ed what Ralphlauren said about touring Europe. Boldly told him I've gone to Santorini, ,Italy, Spain, , Poland...... Etc etc. Dude just told me the golden words straight up.

I have been in the UK for a year now. I have tried this credit card thing tire, dem no gree give me. I also tried phone contracts. For where. Nothing. Dem say I no credit check.

Enrollment is sept19. But flight fares around that date has surged by 20% or more.

I was thinking of going pretty much later. Because later dates have a normal flight fare.

Missing enrollment isn't a problem. Although schools differ, but it shouldn't be an issue. Some schools even have an option of doing your enrollment online.

The key strategy for securing US visit visa as a first time applicant resident in the UK is to demonstrate recent travel history within Europe.

Unlike Nigeria, the consular officers don't really care about or ask for bank statements. People have been in the UK for 1 to 4 years and they've never bothered to visit anywhere in Europe as tourists yet they want to fly all the way to America to visit Times Square ??

In summary, apply for schengen visa and visit any European country of your choice at least once or twice. Then apply for US visa as a TOURIST with an intention to vist a city known as a tourist location. e.g. New York for 7 to 10 days.

Current students - speak to your international office and they will provide you the letter you need to apply for schengen visa. Those with part time or full time jobs - you need your payslips.

Fat balance is not required for schengen visas. As long as your balance equals the multiplication of the daily subsistence (i believe its around 30euros a day) and the number of days you plan to stay in Europe. E.g. you plan to visit for 5 days, all you are required to evidence in your is minimum 150 euros. Cheap tickets are available from budget airlines especially for journeys during the week. Cheap accommodation can be sourced from the likes of booking.com and lastminute.com. Affordable travel insurance can be purchased from price comparison sites.

Its standard 2 years for Nigerians even for renewal. Ghanaians get 5 to 10 years when they renew. To the best of my knowledge, Dropbox doesn't apply in the UK.

Really can't say. Never been to the two cities, but I think Edinburgh would have a higher chance. Try to do findings online though.

I live in Sunderland which is very close to Newcastle. Newcastle is expensive but of course, not as expensive as London and the areas close to it. You can get a 2 bed unfurnished between 550 -650 depending on the location and taste. The weather is not bad, colder than Sunderland though and jobs are readily available, both factory and care jobs.

You could get houses even cheaper. Main thing is the facilities attached to it.
