3 pple I know have printed from same bank n moved money immediately.
I know the confirmation team of the bank verifies the statement which the student has provided and not current balance.

Statement is his not falsified so how come you are saying uts 10 years ban

I think it's based on the course.
In my case now, I was asked to pay 3500 pounds to get CAS and 4250 pounds on enrolment. That will make it 50% tuition payment before you can start your course.

This is not true. A fake Statement and insufficient can not attract the same punishment. A fake Statement is automatic 10years ban because its a false information. You might however be asked to reprint your POF or refused
VISA if it's a genuine but insufficient .
NB: my opinion as a former banker.

I've always thought POF is required during visa application.

The financial condition is your deposit. But they require proof of funds and TB test before CAS issuance. I sent you a mail.

I’m sure they do check balance but I think it depends on the bank. Cos I think not all bank cooperate that well with them concerning sharing a third party a personal balance. However there’s this friend that printed statement then withdraw the pof and he was refused and they even told him that his balance is 7k. (Standard application September intake)
Kindly note that I didn’t see the refusal letter but he only narrated that to me. He was refused but no ban!!!

And you will not be asked to a fresh one after the one you used for CAS exceeds 30 days ?

I’m a lady and have my student visa already and due to travel by end of the year but got married after my visa application. My husband would be ing me in a month as a dependant but he has kids from another although not married to her. Can his kids be added as our dependants as he’s fully responsible for their upkeep but they won’t be ing us anytime but solely responsible for them?
My marriage certificate says *Single father with children* while mine says * Spinster* but we are now officially married.

Do you think he should add them as dependent or remove since they won’t be traveling with him and won’t there be any issue for visa approval?

Pls I’m so confused about this ���

I think your husband needs documentation showing he has sole custody of the kids and the children mother has to give her consent also if he wants to travel with them. But if doesnt want to I dont think theres need for that

It has been a long journey but I give all the glory to God, I was to leave in September but was denied CAS after paying half the tuition at BCU, refund took almost 3 months.

They collect hard copy of all the documents to be scanned. Have them printed.

For T.B, go with the Original copy given to you at IOM.

For Marriage Certificate, go with the Original copy.

If you have any document laminated, make a clear photocopy.

The main applicant base in lagos while the dependent works in abuja. Is it possible for them to have biometric in lagos tls for the main applicant and the dependent in abj tls. Will it in anyway affect the visa application?

My wife’s port wasn’t ready when my son and I did our TB test, there was delay due to change of name. I could t wait because my resumption is 17 Jan. Fortunately, she got her port last week Friday which was after my biometric and she got her TB test Yesterday.
