Yoruba people accused Igbos as the cause of the stink in Lagos.

This culprit is Yoruba not Igbo, little wonder it’s not being blown out of proportion.

There’s no way you can separate the school the lad attended from the LGA.

So the bigots should simply swallow this bitter pill and drink some water.

The Chairman should actually do more - monetary reward and scholarships to help raise the BP of his bigot tribe people.

What’s the benefit of being a Nigerian citizen again?

If you are not black, everyday Nigerians won’t recognise you as a citizen, you will always be a foreigner.

Nigerians are trooping to other countries begging for citizenship and claiming they have rights to be so recognised but their hellish country is so stingy to grant citizenship to even women married to Nigerians that only 1006 persons have received citizenship in 15 years!

News like this will make UK increase the number of years for ILR to 15 years.

Many born in the affected countries are seeing power outages for the first time.

Worst is that the engineers at the power company are carrying out their first outage troubleshooting in their work experience.

3hours down with no hope in sight for the chaos to end.

Na who get money to waste go contest election wey the result sheet don ready!

It’s a selection already done and dusted.

If Nigeria politicians get sense, Tinubu should go unopposed as the country is effectively a one party dictatorship.

That’s the only way Tinubu next regime will lose credibility from the start but if any big wig contest against him, they give him credibility because he will win before selection day.

It's very unfortunate that on Nairaland, unverified News can sometimes make its way to front page, but that's where we find ourselves. A News came out that self styled 'Prime Minister Of Biafra', Simon Ekpa, will be extradited to Nigeria in July, that a Finland court had given a nod to this

The first thing about the News was that it had no source, just something anyone can post online to gain traffic. Simon Ekpa has not even been charged to court for any offence, let alone faced extradition proceedings

Another thing is that Simon Ekpa is a Finnish citizen, and under the European Convention On Human Rights, no European country can deport its citizen to country to where they face persecution, a country like Nigeria that has very bad human rights record

But let's just assume this story is true, even though it's obviously fake. Even if a Finland court gave nod that Simon Ekpa can be extradited, Simon Ekpa still has the right to fight the extradition request through the higher Finland courts, all the way up to the European court of justice, and all he has to do there is prove Nigeria's terrible human rights record as an example of why he would never get fair trial in Nigeria.

But the sad thing about all this is that in the last three weeks, over 200 Nigerians have been slaughtered in Plateau, Benue and Borno alone, by armed bandits

Yet those killings received far less attention than the fake News of Simon Ekpa's extradition

So you mean being Finnish citizen gives him the right to instigate and supervise the killings of innocent people?

So why is he in jail in Finland?

Una go just Dey lie to Unaself to give unaself false hope.

He return to face life sentence in Nigeria like Kanu will also get.

Crime will always have bitter consequences.

Fantasisers!

The apostle Paul foretold a time when some professing to be Christians would apostatize from the true faith, not wanting to hear the truth of God’s Word, but desiring to have their ears “tickled” by things pleasing to them, and would therefore listen to false teachers. - 2 Timothy 4: 3- For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the wholesome teaching, but according to their own desires, they will surround themselves with teachers to have their ears tickled.4They will turn away from listening to the truth and give attention to false stories.’

He still wants and is more likely to succeed.

Wicked Wike like a typical Ikwere man can never forgive Fubara who attempted to break free from his grip and enslavement.

Slave masters don’t forgive runaway slaves because they’re most dangerous kind of slaves.

Fabura knew from the beginning that he was only holding brief for Wike the real governor.

Wike surrounded him with his other slaves - RSHA , commissioners, etc.

Wike’s grand plan is to return another Ikwere man to government house Rivers State in the person of his slave - the Speaker of the House.

Wike does not also want a Governor that will outshine him in Rivers State - Project wise so as not to undermine his influence, popularity and political aspirations.

Rivers masses can go to hell as much as Wike has his way.

Wicked Wike is only about his ego, pride and pocket!

The price of human life in Nigeria is so cheap.

Tinubu declare a State of Emergency after infrastructure was destroyed in Rivers State, to protect the nation’s economy as he claimed.

Hundreds of people have been killed in Benue, Plateau and other states by invading marauders with no resistance from Government troops but Tinubu won’t declare a state of emergency because human life has no value in Nigeria and to a Nigerian politician.

The Sole istration was hoping the NBA conference held in Rivers State as a way to show approval of the military government or to disgrace NBA for criticising it.

The N300m was a gift, gifts are not returned or requested to be returned.

The istration that gave this gift is suspended, the imposters asking for a refund can only threaten because the compromised judiciary will rule in their favour.

What is important and clear is that the present NBA leadership has refused to be bought or intimidated by even Wike their member.

Yoruba people of Lagos are currently asking Nigerians of other ethic nationality to leave Lagos insisting that the Lagos of today is the product of the Yoruba man’s ingenuity, trying to erase from documented history that Lagos was the longest Federal Capital Territory of the federation until recently.

Lagos still enjoys special status till date and the benefits of being capital city will continue to embellish Lagos.

Lagos is the product of the bringing together of the nation’s resources not and will never be the result of the Yoruba tribe.

If anything the Yorubas have slowed down the development of Lagos.

malali:
Dear Distinguished Senator Orji Uzor Kalu,

As an astute businessman and seasoned senator, you of all people understand the simple but brutal language of numbers — loans today, compounded misery tomorrow.

Nigeria’s borrowing spree has become unsustainable. Loans taken today — without productive matching assets — will chain the future of millions to debt slavery. You know this. We know this. The silence from your office is deafening.

You’ve built empires. You’ve weathered storms. You’ve been to Kuje. What else is there to fear? Speak truth to power — not for personal gain — but for legacy.

If you will not lend your voice to the looming economic collapse threatening Nigeria’s sovereignty, then perhaps the time has come to step aside for new voices who will speak courage without compromise.

History is not written by those who stayed silent when their people were being led to the slaughterhouse of debt.

We are watching. Nigeria is watching. Posterity is watching.

Fear of a second prison term.

Though it’s very likely the man is bound for another stay in Kuje.
