Student visas are made for those who intend to study and during the application process you are expected to prove that you have the money to take care of yourself, without working. Which is the way it should be. But we like to bend things and later turn around to say it's tough overseas.

Not everyone abroad does two jobs. It's your lifestyle and commitments that determine how hard you would have to work. I know people that have left school for donkey years, and yet have not gotten a single job in Nigeria. But in most places in North America, you still will be able to find two jobs to do, if that's what you want.
