Then you are an ordinary goat.

You didn’t do well. At a quick glance the attached picture looked like one of the presidential candidates grin

All reasonable Nigerians knew it was a bold faced lie and one that reeks of desperation from some quarters that will be unnamed.

I didn’t quote anyone so please don’t quote me as I’m an elderly person.

Oga mi, for the professionals it’s different because they have to ask clients permission to post.

And then some years back done know it all were too critical of work and prices.

Did he document on social media? Kindly share his social

I’m not sure he did. We followed him on my okada WhatsApp group since his destination is here in Ibadan.

That device is fully loaded!

So I picked up the Phantom X2 instead of the Pro. Same specs but without the gimmicky retractable camera lens.

I’m still hoping that Oppo will release the Find N2 in Nigeria.

Baba Egunmogaji2, I saw these beautiful bikes at one of the popular local restaurants in Abeokuta today. The riders stopped by to have some amala this afternoon.
I was with my project manager, olukaygold. We were both wondering if baba Eegun was part of the team.
I politely took permission from one of the riders before taking these pictures. Make I no colet.
Beautiful bikes I must stay.

Nice bikes. You won’t see me on bikes ever again in Nigeria because I don’t trust the hordes of untrained drivers that we have on the road.

Thanks.

The Lord is my Shepherd and l shall not want, Though l walk through the valley of the shadow of death, The Lord will preserve, protect and watch over me, Chai, there's Wickedness on earth sad

A man's enemies are of his own household sad

Whenever one thinks he’s seen it all in Nigeria, just wait till the next day for another shocker.

Very wicked and evil people in the country.

Imagine the guy that hit me. Left me for dead on the floor of the freeway but still had the wherewithal to tow his car away. Meanwhile while people were watching him o.

Nice one sir, I was wondering how you planned on chanelling the roof water down to the gutter outside, plus I see no roof gutter.

I actually like the natural sound of rain water falling. I only have rain gutter on my BQ because the run off was hitting and damaging the fence.

For the courtyard I have high strength 4” drain pipes buried underground.

Thanks.

what is the size of the house sir. is it a duplex?
how do u guys deal with spicy food cooking?
how important would u say electricity is to having an open kitchen?

I have alot to ask lol. don't mind me.

Questions are not a problem. I had tons of them that were answered on here. I’m on page one of this thread.

The house is a purposefully built bungalow with a large central courtyard. Ventilation and lighting is impressively good.

I documented some stuff here https://nairaland.unblockandhide.com/6662165/casa-ava-finishing

Thanks.

There is a new offering from Airtel, posted
New to me, as in my customer care officer in Airtel sent it to me this morning.

What do you think of it? Haven't tried it yet, might do so next month

How does this compare to Starlink?

in the end you cant cheat where engineering is concerned

i am sure they all certified the buildings as earthquake proof and now here we are

The ease that they are going down is staggering. I’m beyond shocked.

I do notice that a lot of them seemingly has underground parking.

Sad to see all those high rises collapsing in Turkey and Syria. Hopefully our structural engineers and builders are paying attention. A lot of these are modern builds.

Regarding the discussion on open kitchen layouts. I have a semi open kitchen by design. It’s been wonderful and after over a year of living with it there’s hasn’t been any regret or offensive odor. Life is short, live how you want. Any offended guest doesn’t have to come back,

Nobody deserves such a callous death. A need for emergency medical care and response will humble you in Nigeria.

i salute person2persons generosity. i am not in any way saying it is easy. every thing has a learning curve. determination and personal investment is required. it is when you are very good at something that it looks easy to the layman [a nigerian problem ]

i started using sketchup in 05/06.

the post was for FEGEITOK as a future guide. in the event he decides he will design his cabinets going forward. i am sure he is checking out sketchup right now

you may also have noticed that egunmogaji2 also used the web version of sketchup to so some quick sketch designs for his place

It’s a very valuable tool to me. It bridges the gap between me and my architect because I can better show him the exact flow that I’m looking for. Flow is very important to me even more that unrealistic 3Ds.
Sometimes these are lot in description.

A Sketchup is worth a thousand words.

Buying in a store in here Nigeria is always twice the AliExpress price.

Even for like a Tecno that has official store in Nigeria?

I know for Apple our people double the price. My iPhone 14 Pro Max was purchased in the USA for N825K as opposed to up to N1.3M in Ibadan.
