I am sure two things were responsible for the lady's behaviour, her guts to do what she did.

1. Her luggage was within limits, it had to go with her but probably the luggage was excluded.
We are in this country, we know how incompetent and ridiculous corrupt our system could be.

2. The lady's past experiences. Most likely she had experienced such in the past where they promised to bring her luggage within 24 hours but maybe she waited one week she no see her stuff.
Like I said, this is Naija, the system is bleeped up.

This is a country where something that they promised you would take 1 day ends up taking 1 month.
