I don't know how to pretend that many wailers are not being driven by their tribal pain.

The interest that Igbos showed in the Edo gubernatorial elections just because of 2027 presidential election permutations, is what Osita Chidoka has contijued to further with his campaign of calumny.

One would have thought that Edo State was in Igboland the way Igbos were so shaken and dumbfounded by the electoral wishes of Edolites.

Let him present his evidence in court as the Igbo man who is so in love with Edolites to the point of knowing how they voted.

Imbecille, why not use your lung to refine the crude or just drink it, or you can die of hunger like all lazy people do across the world, it won't change anything, but all infrastructure can't lead to your stomach, that's a private thing.

Things are cheaper in Nigeria than in Benin, Togo & Ghana, but these people are not complaining of hunger because they are hard working and prepared for raining days.

Criminal Nigerians are used to dirty money, spending more than they earn and lazy as a sloth. Now that what separates productive people form lazy bums has happened, you have nothing to fall back on. At this rate you will eat sand like all useless people do.

All president Tinubu removed was fuel subsidy because there was no money to pay for it, so how is this affecting food that should be locally produced? If all you lazy bums can contribute your own little part to the society, hunger won't have to kill you, just a little tight finacial conditions.
This meathead doesn't even know that hundreds die everyday from inability to afford food or medicine.

A sensible president wouldn't remove fuel subsidy in one fell swoop without getting some refineries to work first, and a sensible homosapien wouldn't defend that.

Tinubu's ers call it courage, but courage would be having the balls to go after the subsidy thieves and have them prosecuted.

It is fools like you who want to give a new meaning to the term "courage" and then shove it down our throats.

Never thought I'd ever see the day i'd see someone exhonerate the Nigerian leaders from the poverty and corruption in this country since independence and lay the blame on the impoverished and oppressed citizens.
Until today..

The simple summary of what you have just commented is that the common people in Nigeria are lazy while the government people who have stolen the nation's wealth over the years, by looting billions daily are not lazy.

Bro, you just a waste of human skin.

Only a plant would value you, and only strictly for the carbondioxide that you breathe out to it.

How much is fuel supposed to be selling?

There’s no country in the world that sells unsubsidised petrol at the equivalent of N200 per litre. None.

Other oil producing countries you’re referring to are oil rich while Nigeria is oil poor.

Let me break it down,

UAE πŸ‡¦πŸ‡ͺ with a population of about 10 million people makes about $62 billion annually from oil.

Qatar with a population of less than 3 million people earns about $42 billion from oil annually.

Libya with a population of less than 7 million people make about $25 billion annually from oil.

Meanwhile, Nigeria with a population of 220 million people make about $30 billion from oil annually.

Now you do the maths.

And when did minimum wage starts to determines pump price of petrol?

Facts don’t lie.
Talking about corruption, you can start by asking your governor what he’s been doing with the increased monthly allocations he collects since June last year.
Oga UAE, Qatar, Libya

What are their minimum wages?

Yes wage doesn't determine fuel price..

But fuel price increase should be commensurate with minimum wage since it's basically a mono economy like those countries you mentioned...

70k compare it to those countries, you will see that wage is an international embarrassment..

Price of a litre of fuel will not always stand at #1000 if all the refineries are functioning at optimum capacity because there will be competition among various refiners and this will bring down the price fuel. Everything is not bitterness and hatred, always try to adjust your brain to reality. Kudos to Tinubu for bringing life back Port Harcourt Refinery after more than twenty four years

That's due to the societal pressures on them and even everyone.

"You don't have a girlfriend!"

The fact that they are disseminating these things online indicates that their case is weak. If your case is strong, put it together and present it in court. Not yelling up and down cho cho cho. In any case, only an idiot will divulge his evidence. A man with good case keeps it to himself, and then, on D-day, he lets loose the shoker, boom!
Their goal is to win over the public's sympathy.

Nobody decamps from a political party and goes back there to submit resignation letter.

😁

Nobody cares if they defected to APC or KoWA or whatever they defected to Panya Equatorial Guinea.

the same Omotosho who ruled that Fubara must represent the budget to the 27 lawmakers?

Look Oga i am not going to argue with you anymore, I have no skin in the game and not that concerned with the nonsense in Rivers state to go deep. All i am saying is by law, 100% guaranteed proving Defection is DOA even if the affidavit exists.

Get this into your skull, the only thing you can prove is lying under oath and for that you need the original or certified true copy of the affidavit. I dont know if the original copies of the affidavit exist, the story is they were withdrawn. Whether they left traces or they have covered their tracks, i dont know and I cannot speak to that.

Forget this idea of proving defection, it is dead on arrival!!! They are of PDP, there is no record of resignation from PDP, there is no record of hip of APC.

i am giving you the technical and legal argument, you are coming back with emotional this is the way it should be argument. i am not here for that. i am not here to debate whether a man stole your property or not, My take is do you have the evidence to prove it in court?

We all know what happenned, but we are not the judges, the law courts are not courts of public opinion that is why my opinion or your does not matter!! Judges are interested in the law and what you can present as legal evidence and what you can prove......why do Nigerians have a problem making this distinction?
See this one!

Telling yourself what you want to believe..

Stop twisting this shit...

Proving this defection would only be rocker science in the courtroom of a compromised judge, and there are very many of them in the FCT.

If you like keep pretending to be dyslexic,,
These 27 announced their defection during plenary on the floor of the Rivers State house of Assembly not at a beer parlour or motor park. That is evidence enough.

They are are video announcing their defection, video evidence is very credible evidence all I er the world.

You are the one who's being utterly sentimental here.

As for the affidavit, you must not be in position of the originals.

Even if you have only a duplicate copy of the affidavit, it is still acceptable to the Court..

Then the court registrar might be subpoenaed to give evidence.

For the umpteenth time, the lawyers do not have to prove that the 27 have decamped to APC.

They only have to prove that THEY LEFT PDP.

Learn what you don't know Mister!

Thats a different matter. Like i said the problem with Nigerians is we conflate issues.

Swearing an affidavit that proves to be false is a crime. you will face the punishment for lying under oath. But that does not make you a member of APC.

We all know what went on here. Court and the law is about what you can prove. As far as proving hip, affidavit is meaningless, unless it is an affidavit from APC. For so long as APC say they are not and they dont ecist on their party and have no hip cards, the only thing the afiidavit will prove is that they lied under oath.

The problem with the affidavit is that it was quietly withdrawn and i assume all records extinguished. So unless you have the original or a certified true copy of the affidavit (for which you need the original) you cant prove that either.
1. That is where everyone is missing the point.
The import from the constitution is that you automatically lose your seat as soon as you leave the party that sponsored you to the assembly,,
Not that you must have defected to another party.
If you like leave your party and remain in your parlour, you lose your seat.
So the point here is NOT NOT NOT to prove that they are of APC but to prove that they left PDP.

2. Proving that a person has left his political party that gave him the platform to go to an assembly is done verbally. Their video submissions and their declaration on the hallowed chambers of the Rivers Assembly during their legal and constitutional sitting is more than enough to nail them, except of course the judge is biased.
You ought to know that any action taken at the house under the hitting of the gavel is law and evidential.

3. Like I said; whether they ed APC is immaterial, what matters is that they left PDP.

4. And for their sworn affidavits, everything is contained in the CTC of the judgement delivered by James Omotosho Justice and it is available to all parties.
How you think the court can deny receiving their affidavit is hilarious, funnier that Basket mouth jokes!

Lol.

the problem with the masses is they think the law works the way you reason.

When you say someone is a member of a political party, you must show his name of the party because if your name is not on the party you are not officially recognised...you dont have a hip number or an ID card. You have not recognised as a member under the law.

If like you gain ision to a university and your name listed in the newspaper as succesful candidate. Until you complete the formal procedures of registration and your name on the University's official list of students with registration number and ID card, you are not an officially recognised student by law. if you cannot show documents that show official hip of a body and the said body says you are not a member...then you are not a member! Affidavit simply means you lied, it doesnt mean you are a member....under the law!

The problem with Nigerians is we are used to anyhowness. The law does not recognise anyhowness!!

YOU Must show the letter of resignation from PDP and official document issued By APC (e.g or ID card) to show they are of APC. When Obi defected from PDP we all saw his letter of resignation.

The courts and the law are not based on emotion or perception. Defection involves 2 steps, resignation and registration with another party. You must have official documents to show both steps.
Affidavits are not based on emotion or perception either!

Lie on OATH and do time behind bars.

Simple..

The 27 have sworn to affidavits about their defection.

I don't know why you guys love to mischievously pretend you don't know that they swore to affidavits that they defected.

It's only 2 options,,,

Keep your seats or go to prison..

You know nothing, you really know nothing!! You think Wike would just gift fubara and advantage just like that......the supreme court is ruling in favour of those people Wike guys and fubara is going latest march next year.

The other option is maybe there is already a backdoor agreement where fubara has gone to beg Wike and to save face a new election be conducted and wike's group would emerge and fubara has agreed to work with them so as to save face.....either way fubara is toast!!
This is a Trojan horse!!
With the extent this feud went ,, if you think Wike can forgive Fubara or that Fubara can trust Wike and make any gentleman agreement with him then you're so naive.

What I see playing out here is that Wike has seen that the case of his 27 lawmakers is hopeless, it's a lost cause.

So their only option is to allow INEC to conduct fresh elections.
This one is INEC not RISIEC.

All the 27 lawmakers will contest and INEC will deliver them.

Even if they go to tribunal and Appeal Court they will cover those places.

No be Appeal Court for Abuja again?

He might have received serious assurances from the powers that be in Abuja.
