It honestly seems great that the pulled it off. I mean since the 20th century no one has seemed to to figure out the refineries. However, it will only mean a thing for Nigerians if it play a role to reduce the price of fuel, otherwise no use celebrating it. It will not even be worth a campaign point if it doesn't help reduce fuel price.
