Ah! My own is in the minus (-) category o!

It was so terrible, I was a prisoner and house help all rolled up in one.

I was kept in a dark windowless room with discarded things. Not allowed to speak to anyone outside the house.

Not even to look at anyone, so my eyes were constantly on the ground.

It's so very bad I can hardly my neighbours or even people I went to school with. It's of recent that their memory is beginning to stroll in.

I avoided everyone and everyone avoided me. Even my so called siblings were banned from speaking with me.

I used to wish for death because I no understand the kind life wey I bin come.

So when I my childhood, ah it's a very terrible one abeg!

My question is why all these tortures?

At pedrilo: can you see this and compare with your childhood?

Horrible!
It instilled this fear of lack and poverty in me till date.
I grew up to know my father was ill with diabetes when I was as little as 5 years old, and he was home without been able to generate money to take care of the family, we had to move back from the city to the village where I attended nursery, and primary sch.
I was made to hawk all kinds of things to mom before and after going to school from Monday to Friday, then on Saturday we go to farm and village river to fetch water. All this I did while I was less than 10 years old. I can't say everytin but it was horrible. Not the best way to raise a child at all. But through it all, I survived! Im a director in a large organization today at 35! at 26 I built my first house in abuja, at 33 I started building my second house in Benin city, married with a 5 year old strong and handsome boy. I suffer no be small abeg 1/10

Who didn't hawk or fetch water when young? cheesy cheesy

8/10. Parents were not rich, not even middle class but we had freedom to roam about, play football, went swimming, slept at each other's houses on a rotating basis without our parents worrying themselves

My friend’s phone was stolen and everybody denied it….so someone suggested this and invited the juju man or whatever…..everyone ed through except one particular guy…..but he still maintained that he didn’t take the phone.
I think the jazz man said he will run mad after 3 days or so if he doesn’t return the phone but the guy still no gree….we all went home only for my guy to wake up and saw the phone on his doorstep the following morning.

I no know if na the guy return am or not but he still insisted that he was not the one

E no easy to it being a thief now. The fear made him to drop it at the owner's door grin grin

Na skit

This particular method landed our imam at the police station. Police only released him after testing and confirming that the Imam was actually telling the truth but they warned him to stop doing it for people to avoid troubles

Various simple and efficient methods exist. We used them in the olden days to identify thieves who never denied after

Crazy experience!
That business is for agberos (both young and old) , if you don't have it in you, don't venture into the business.

I sold the car at the best possible price with the help of my mechanic, and when I did my calculations again, I have lost 400k+ in the 7 months of that bad business, initiated absolutely on emotions.

You didn't allow him to suffer from the losses he caused the previous owner, you took in his lie hook and sinker.
Transport business is not for a faint hearted individuals. I sold one vehicle in 2023 and two towards the end of last year and one this year.

Yes, destiny are never the same. I actually didn't condemn your business, neither did I say that I didn't make something out of it when I did the business as a student. I only said that if you are business inclined, that there are better business with better prospects you would have done with that money, with peace of mind.

Transport business gave me my first real life business experience as an ambitious young boy, but after I finished my NYSC and relocated to Lagos, I always laugh whenever I my transport business days. I did it as a result of my limited business idea back then. I can't imagine myself doing such now.

Talking about having a manager, that is the basic aspect of the business na, except when the business owner is equally a driver himself. I see it as lazy people business, or people with no business idea.

About not knowing how much U are generating from the drivers, I don't know ur state, but it's almost impossible for you to recoup the money you invested on a motorcycle within 7 months, through a driver.

Wishing you all the best in your business

Lazy people can't raise money that is enough to buy a motorcycle. May be because of limited business idea or environment

Good afternoon Nairalanders, I hope you all are doing good? Who can share their experience regarding Motorcycle and tricycle given to people to deliver.

I spoke with my mum and she said I shouldn't dare because Nigerians are wi¢ked in that kind of business while speaking to someone today, that one emphasize a lots on it, which is why I decided to come here to hear people experience about it

Can you share your experience when given out a bicycle or even car to deliver money daily but turned sour?

Don't.
I started my transport biz with this and I later quit this method, though I'm still in transport biz. Those riders will stress you out. They will be making money but won't pay you regularly whatever you agreed upon. Na to be chasing them up and down. One even sold my bike

This is not love.

You disagreed just like that? No evidence, no nothing! Just based on your guts feeling. Hehe!

Love comes in it's purest form. There's no need to persuade him to cover his face on his happiest day if you truly love him. Love is pure.

Her facial expression is enough reason to know this woman is deceiving this innocent young man.

Who persuaded who? Like he doesn't have free will to decide on his own to cover his own face?

The man's family should act fast before it's late.
His family should even be happy that one woman is courageous enough to agree

I watched a video of an injured Russian soldier whose leg was almost ripped off by a drone, he then used his dagger to cut off the leg entirely from his body, omo I shiver one time. Or some Russian soldiers after been hit by drones they will just blow of their heads with their riffles. War no be child's play

You didn't see one where they were injured by drones bomb in a trench. Some died, some injured. They then detonated bomb to finish off the injured buddies, bomb didn't explode, caused further injury but the injured still didn't die. They had to do what they didn't want to do initially, bullets to the body in a blank range. War is brutal

This is because Tinubu has targeted Mobile wallets aka Fintechs too since many Nigerians have shifted to their services.
I told my driver to stop sending exactly 10,000 naira to me, send 9,999 naira or put N50 on top your 10k, the guy never listen.

If not for greed why would anyone collect a caution fee of 250k. I bet you the agent refused to return the caution fee when the tenant said he is packing out hence the damages.

I hope he disappears and never be caught. The agents will have some things to spend that 250k naira on now. Wicked people would collect all sorts of payments from intending tenants to the extent that their own money would be more than house rent itself

Yes they did, because the electricity is being subsidised, even now

Subsidised for other categories with the exemption of band A. I'm on band A and I'm getting 3.3 units (khw) for N1000, that's N330 per unit. You can't possibly be telling me that there is subsidy on that.

If FG could be installing solar power in Aso Rock because exorbitant and exploitative bills from the DISCOs, what is the fate of ordinary Nigerians under band A?

There's no money to pay them better. They better learn to be contented.

And yet, they're looting billions of naira and billions of dollars, I wonder where they are getting all those ones grin grin

Tinubu met a bankrupt economy. Buhari had borrowed so much money that servicing the debt was eating up 97% of government revenue.

Tinubu didn't inherit bankrupt economy, he actually bankrupt our economy. The moment he assumed power and introduced his useless policies, prices of things just keep going up and never stops since then.

Imagine using 97% of your salary to service your debt? Because Buhari was fiscally irresponsible, Nigeria couldn't get foreign loans. Buhari borrowed a massive $30bn in 8 years. The entire foreign debt when her assumed office was $10bn.

That was the foreign debt. GHe also borrowed lots of money locslly. It was so bad that the CBN printed money to lend to the government.

Nigeria foreign debt was never a paltry 10b dollars under GEJ and Tinubu has borrowed as much as Buhari

People have been saying Tinubu is a failure. I always disagree with this. He showed from the onset he was going to run a government that will favor the elites and he is doing exactly that. Withdraw everything that benefits the masses and channel them to the elites.

A labour leader that can't stand his ground will always be rediculled . The TUC guy and labour guy are clown. They blow hot in the morning, then cold in the evening.

They're not reliable, they're not good leaders. They were supposed to go permanent strike until Tinubu reverses removal of fuel subsidy. Tell him to fight corruption in fuel subsidy instead of Total removal. What did Tinubu do after? He went straight after electricity tariff too. Went after taxes. Went after mobile wallets/Fintechs and so on

I don't know who's to share the lion's blame between the perpetrators and the victims. Obviously, the victims aren't just gullible but extremely foolish

They're kids, minors. Being deceived by adult males posing as females of the same age as them, taking time to build trust with over time, sending female nudes to them just to get them to send their own nudes back in exchange. Then, blackmail starts immediately

because what's so hard in following the golden rule of online dating: 'Never send money to anyone you've never met physically'
Obviously, you didn't understand subject what you read. It wasn't about sending money but nude pics
