The UK is one absolutely crazy and unforgiving place. We've been looking for accommodation for 4 weeks now without success.

After submission of application and viewings, landlords will give us a negative response with the comment: "Sorry children are not allowed".

I have a young wife who has paid her dues, so I am thinking of relocating her and our 3 kids to any of these 3 countries UK/US/CA. She will need to work because I am not planning to go with em yet, maybe will later. We are looking at how she would be able to get a job fairly quickly.

She's in the medical field (CHEW) Community health extention worker, but I believe her certificate is useless and cannot be used in the West so we are planing that she's going back to school.

The issue we can't decide on atm is if she should go to School of Nursing of go the university and run a bsc nursing degree. We need the option that would get her a job fairly quickly.

Please, help me out.

If she has paid her dues as you claim, why do you want to further burden her with working, catering for three kids and nursing school, all alone in a foreign country, while you catch cruise alone in your home country?

My wifes attitude has been unbecoming, disrespectful, avoiding intimacy for months, insultive and always playing the silent treatment which I have learnt to ignore. Her mum visited and confirmed these attitude, she did counsel and advised her to change yet she was reluctant and stated she dont want to continue being a wife that she has lost love and feelings for me because I want things to be done decently and in order in my family which she is opposed to. Having observed this her mum left angrily and told the matter to her husband to confirm some of the issues of my wifes behaviour which I had stressed on and as a result had a family meeting with her family since I was invited not long ago.

Now with the attitude still being displayed by her, her dad asked me to come down to the village by next week so the issue will be discussed in their larger family so that my wife would come and explain to them why she is behaving the way she is doing, but not up to three months we had a meeting and now this one billed for next week again.I dont feel like honouring the meeting because I have done my best to follow peace even though I cannot fathom where I am at fault. At this juncture what do I do?

Instead of an associate degree in nursing, why not opt for the accelerated nursing program for people who already hold a bsc in any field. It's usually a 14-24 months program and you obtain a Bsn afterwards. Now the problem is convincing visa officers why you want to switch from a finance career to a nursing career but seeing as you studied microbiology you can build a strong reason. Also it's not unheard of to go with a certain course and switch upon arrival.

Accelerated BSN degrees cost at least $50,000 on the average, while Associate degrees from a CC, could be found at $4,000 to $5,000 per year.

Number 1 is possible but do you have the other i-20 with you already? infact some school won't even require you to spend a semester with them, they will just transfer your Sevis record to the other school you want.

I know someone (BSC) who got ission into a university and a community college but got his visa with the university i-20 and when he got to the usa, he went to the university and told him he would like to transfer to the community college instead but he gave them good reasons.

They transferred it and went to the community college which was just $4500 per year, he did the best thing than staying out of status. But most schools won't transfer your Sevis record to a different school without you spending at least a semester with them

Meanwhile that lady Visa Officer who used to answer questions here some years back said that statements weren't really necessary or required for their decision making. I don't know if that still stands.

I have plans of switching from banking to nursing.
Have got a B.Sc in Microbiology, have always worked in the bank but wish to pursue an Associate Degree in Nursing. I don't know what my chances are of getting the visa approved.

Another option I'm considering is to seek for an MBA, since that aligns more with my career, then switch course to Nuron landing.
