Hello @dduchess90, @justwise and other gurus. Please i need expert opinions. I and my spouse got our visas, and now I want to apply for my 2 kids. The required fund for 4 of us as at the time i applied for us parents has now been exceeded based on inflation. However, there's an option in the kids application that says "MA has supplied evidence of maintenance funds" Now my questions. Can I pick the above option or would I need to a separate updated Statement of for the kids? Cos at this point inflation has impacted the funds. Or do I need to write a letter explaining the rates as at the time i applied for parents. Thanks in advance |

Hi everyone, I didn't my offer letter and my CAS letter. I did bio of December 2 and got NSF on 12th; no decision till now. Could this be the reason for the NSF? Thanks |

Is there a way to send additional document to UKVI when it's not requested? I feel like I need to go and get my statement of stamped and send to them. Thanks dduchess90: |

Hello senior fellows in the house. So i got my CAS and just want you all to help me double check that i have all my bases covered wrt POF. I deduced that i need 35,592 GBP = 18,691,495 NGN Breakdown MA - 9207 GBP for upkeep Tuition balance - 8,025 GBP 3 dependents - (680x3) x 9months = 18,360 GBP Total = 35,592 GBP = 18,691,495 NGN Please i hope i didn't omit any item? Thanks in advance @dduchess90, @gloriyah @justwise and everyone who can help to vet. Thanks |

I had a similar issue. Advice is if you haven't gotten your CAS yet, pay additional Tuiton. This will reduce your POF amount requirement and still save you time of starting POF all over. kaykay2022: |

I agree. I would much rather buy black market and pay more tuition than risk a NSF application. Thanks for the wisdom again. Teeenterprise: 1 Like |

In my case my opening balance will be lower that what's needed but closing balance will suffice. May God will help me with this inflation and just drop it a little bit. Gloriyah: Gloriyah: |

Would I need to print a different statement of from the one I used for CAS last week? I hope that won't mean breaking the "holding cash for 28 days rule" Thanks for reasoning this issue with me. Gloriyah: |

My POF is still about 50k ahead of the inflation closing in. But I am just about to get my CAS and will likely submit my application next week. I started counting my POF in the first week of October. Gloriyah: |

@dduchess90 @justwise @gloriyah When I did my POF, i added 1.5M for inflation and when I printed for CAS it was still within range. Now I'm about to apply for Visa but the inflation has swallowed the extra 1.5M i added Please what do you suggest that i do? I need expert opinions, and suggestions please. |

Hello friends If I applied for I & dependent wife first. Would it be a problem if I wanted to compete 2 kids applications few months later? 1. Assumed the kids POF will now be in wife's name when time comes. 2. Would it be an issue submitting the kids applications alone? cc @dduchess90 @gloriyah @justwise |

The road ahead of you is still very long. You should be looking at reaching ADB_Disbursement_Reviewer before thinking of debit. Good luck gidy4u: |

Would it affect my POF if I receive lump sum payment into the while it's still counting the 28days? Please response is needed before i make a mistake. Reason is I'm trying to start a fresh form A application at UBA as I've not been debited by Sterling bank 6 weeks after approval. So I'll need to move that to UBA for the new application. January intake and payment deadline is approaching |

I'm in a similar situation. I initiated tuition payment at Sterling bank since September 7, and I've been stuck at disbursement reviewer ever since. I wonder if initiating another Form A with another bank is acceptable. Or maybe there's a penalty for having 2 concurrent applications. Hammerhead123: |

Hello good people cc @dduchess @justwise Is it reasonable to initiate 2 Form As concurrently? I've been waiting for Sterling bank to debit me for 6 weeks now without luck. And the last customer service personell i spoke to said it takes up to 90 days at their bank. I'm thinking of starting another at UBA. Every advice is appreciated. 1 Like |
