Hi,

if you just ed your company, it will be shown as "active" on the CAC portal and the duration will be for a year before you'll need to pay what is called annual return fee. It's 10k per year. And it's not related to tax clearance. You pay this fee for the status of your company to remain active.

And if you have already ed your company a long time ago and you've not been paying annual return fee, the status of your company would have already been "inactive", so you'll need to pay 10k each for all the years missed to change your status.

After paying, you'll email the receipt to them in a pdf, so they can update your status.

You can check the status of your company on the CAC portal by searching the name of the company: https://search.cac.gov.ng/home

Hello House my Canada Student application was refused on the 2nd of November 2022..I did my upfront medical in 26th of October and it wasn't updated on the Portal even though IOM sent result to IRCC...I have just applied for another application on 29th of November...Now the Question is will I need to go for another upfront medical or Can I still use Upront medical result I did on October 26th?
