Do not bother going to pick it up. Since it says collected by applicant, this translates to mean collected by DHL dispatch agent.

You wouldn't get your port if you go to pick up.

If that’s the case, I never see any tracking number in my mail Since yesterday and am worried.

@Justwise and all, I got this email from Pretoria this morning kindly educate me on what could have gone wrong in my Application.

I applied alone on 24th August while my dependent were to do their Application much later. The reason was because my POF had matured but theirs was deposited later. My initial deposit was #12,000,008, then #8,987,000.

I left there around 2pm and they only call 20,Out of that Friday day walk-in ,which I am among 1-20

(1) Am still in Abuja still September, business still held me here, can I still go and pick it up on VAC center When it’s opted for collection

No it won't. Things like this happens. So far they get the payment, latest by 26th they will continue your processing. It has no material effect on the decision.

Are you going for a 2 year course? Did you only pay for the first year. Top up payment means they already received something from you. You are to pay that additional fee cos your study end date was extended!

You can send a paid mail to clarify or go ahead and pay (as none payment will terminate your visa processing) then claim a refund later if you've overpaid.

All i can say is be with your phone 24/7, they will definitely get back to you. I can relate because this is exactly what happened to me last week monday...i sent a paid mail on tuesday but their response was generic, i did a paid call on thursday morning around 8am and i was told not to worry as i would be called again if neccessary. Luckily, I was called on thursday afternoon while in the toilet...Thank God i was with my phone, i just told her to give me few minutes which she did...She called back after like 5mins and we started again...The network was still bad but she called back like 10times before we finished the interview

I used my statement of result Which my school here in Nigerian gave me to my documents in my visa application, I don’t really know why my original certificate aren’t out yet.

But the university I applied for in the Uk approved all my documents.

My Questions are

(1)my statement of result have 12Months validity from the day of collection and its expiring this November, I hope it wouldn’t affect my visa decision/application from Home office

(2)must I get the original cert before traveling hopefully.

Either is fine if it's not more than 31days. One of mine was almost 2wks old because I didn't have time to go to my other bank that doesn't do online statement until about a week later. I also used more than 2months statement for the s. 28days is the minimum so it's up to you.

The rule states at least 28 days but why would you want to print more than a month when it's not needed?
