On the surface though, it is hard to give an answer without additional information.

What battery capacity, size of solar array and size of freezer in question. State all the details so that you can get an informed answer. There is no universal answer to this question.

Lookout for those batteries, not so good a product. Hook up s ASAP to extend the batteries life.

From all I've learnt from this thread I just finished my DIY setup. It consist of the following:
1.2kva TBB inverter
2 * 100AH sunfit batteries
Solar Talkers 40 amps mppt charge controller...

I'm looking at adding s soon.

I seriously doubt if a client would come to a public forum like this to air his discontentment with a service if he isn't pained or incur losses or inefficiently served. , at his first post, he didn't mention your name, so I think he never meant any harm to you nor your brand. Please NOTE, the issue here isn't about your technical competence, but a third party component which many variables can for is the crux of the matter.

There's no installer who has done quite a number of roof works that hasn't damaged client's roof before, some times extensively. I've replaced asbestos roofing sheets for a client before.

So many of us still hold you in high esteem in the midst of all of this.

So, brother, simply APOLOGIZE to the client irrespective of how you feel and let this matter rest.

You are a Shameless Person, you did an Installation and destroyed the Client's Roof, causing an ongoing leakage situation.
I have been ing Pictures of the Damaged Roof where you installed just Ten Units of Solar s and the Damage is obvious for everyone to see, yet you are still here lying that l did not show the pictures of the Installation you did!
The Damage is still there till today and you are here mouthing-off saying it is a Professional Installation?
What is "Professional", in destroying a Client's Roof? Or is it that you dont even know the weight and responsibility of calling someone "a Professional"?

- You claim you did not see up to 15holes but you never showed up to inpect the damage, not even once, so how can you see what you did not come to inspect? or am l supposed to take 15 separate pictures to prove to you that there are more than 14holes leaking in my damaged Roof?
- You claim l did not reach out to you, so how come you sent a Roofer down? Where and how did you get the information that you damaged my Roof? Do the Chat exchanges between us, some of which l have posted, not show that l reached out to you, or you are just a congenial liar!

You should check for each .

You can assume values for s of same parameters when doing calculations.

Any can fail in an array even though they were installed at the same time.

Check the s diodes and cables too.

A may read expected voltage but you won't get its expected current because of a bad or defective cable.

i only checked one with a pv meter. it was showing 22v and 4.99a (btw 1.30-2.30) translating to the 110w shown on the pv. i didn't check on the rest because they were same specs

Check the frequency of the generator. This may most likely be the issue.

The frequency should be 50Hz otherwise get a generator technician to tune it. Changing the generator AVR also can fix the frequency issue.

I have a generator 9-10 kva that I use to power my 2kva luminous cruze inverter. The Generator is about 10months old. Recently the generator stop charging my batteries 2 pieces of 240Ah but NEPA still charges when the voltage is not low.my technician said I would need external 30amp charger which will work for both generator and NEPA.please guru I need your advice
