I swear it's too much ooo. Most times I check the Inverters I see each of them frying about 4.5Kw from the 2 strings of s respectively. So I know the system is capable of delivering that much power so I feel bad when there is nothing more to power up in the house to consume the excesses.

They are not being compared boss, But if I may comapre them, I have a 5KVA Inverter, 8 Units of 220Ah Tubular (21Kah) setup in my Office. Backing up just my Server, Switches and CCTV. A total load of about 2.5Kw max and the Battery Backup Time is nothing near that of these Lithium Batteries with a wooping load of almost 7kw.

In all honesty. Tubular batteries did well during their regime but the game has changed. Lithium has taken over.
As we speak several combination of Lithiums are in production (See Table) but lets just stay on LiFePo4 for now.

I guess your 7kw load draw was done by the huge pv on your roof and not the battery.
If the rated battery capacity was in order, I you may still have pulled out 7kw load on it for about 2hrs and 20 mins... that's if I'm right.
Again, we're still waiting for the confirmation report of your battery capacity test.

You are correct boss, ofcause I will not draw such consumption when the sun is asleep. I used programmable timers to make things like Water heaters and Microwave Oven to only kick on between 10am and 4pm dialy with an option of manual overide using Hager Centerpoint Changeover Switches.
So my night time consumption ranges between 700w to 1.5kw from 10pm till 7am.

Capacity test is a sure thing to do I promise.

Are you talking about a Parallel Setup? If yes Inverters must corm to same config and rules of Parallel Connection must be obeyed.

Some Inverters can be paralleled from 2 units till 12 Units and they must be connected to the same Battery Bank, Same Input and Output for Single Phase, and 3 Phase rules must be followed where applicable.

I did visit Eastman office yesterday as recommended, they had only inverter and batteries in stock, no s.

Also, they don't have the 2.5KVA available, the ones close available is 2.2KVA and 3KVA

Below were prices I got.

Fan comes on during charging and off in float, also comes on on high loads. My Axpert inverter does same too. I guess most Chinese inverters do same while charging. If your light is blinking, then most likely your inverter has not entered float. You might be depleting your batteries more thereby requiring long charge times hence while your fan is always on. For lead acid batteries don't go below 50% infact I've gone slightly below 65% once in my 4 years of using my tubular batteries and batteries are still flawless. So end point is get a battery monitor to know your battery soc and properly monitor your inverter charging profile and battery well being properly

I was told to leave it charging for at least 24hrs which I extended to 48hrs but still the fan go just dey blow dey go while the charge LED light stays blinking but the battery meter on LCD is full and voltage is 27V (It's a 24v 440AH setup).

I assumed it was already in float since the voltage is reading 27V but that charge blinking thing

Do I need a separate battery monitor DESPITE the inverter LCD screen already showing Input Voltage, Output Voltage, Load and Battery Voltage etc ?

Voltage in my area these days dey tire person sef (120v) and has me considering a very wide range input 10KVA stabilizer

Battery monitor will give you the correct soc all things being equal. It has a shunt that measures current inflow and out flow through which it calculates the battery percentage. Your inverter battery bar might be full and then suddenly shows 60% or lower when you put a big load on it, only for it to show full again when the load is removed

Don't waste 420k on 2 lead acid battery o.. buying inverter n CC separately is even cheaper. That 3kva dey told you is 2,400w continuous running.
