1. While charging, is d inverter on? If d inverter is on mode while charging, when nepa goes, d inverter suppose to pick immediately.
2. If d inverter is on off mode while charging, when nepa goes off, you will have to manually on d system.
If 1 above and d inverter is not inverting automatically, then the automatic switch have problem. From experience on this inverter, sometimes that on button will have partial or shaking, careful observation of that button has save me headache b4. The inverter was ON while charging.....my change-over was on inverter
So when nepa goes off....my appliances stay On

You have it reversed sir. Your loads and how long you intend to power them determines the type of system you get. You forgot a solar charge controller in the components you listed unless your getting a hybrid inverter with built in charge controller. Sukam is an Indian brand of inverter that is normally used in conjunction with their tubular batteries but that company is now undergoing insolvency issues so Luminous & Eastmann are alternatives. To which of the many generations and types of Felicity inverter do you credit this poor performance please?

I have used quite a few of their inverters and they do pretty well except for the much earlier generations which were prone to fan failure issues (the company upgraded components since at least 2 years ago).

While Felicity is rebranding generic mustpower and axpert inverters, their product quality and after sales is still well above most similar local alternatives.

Their Lithium battery is another matter as I have been reliably informed (issue prone) but I have 10 of their 7.5kwh modules in production too (bought for trials in the early days of Lithium) and they are doing well in all the 5 sites where they are installed.

We should be wary of blanket bashing a decent product unless you have specific knowledge or experience of issues.

For a separate system all u need to do is just install a small backup inverter.. for hybrid.. u will need CC with that small inverter u installing. N all these securities we install at times might fail... I once got a 63a DC 12/24v MCB.. funny tin b say. E no flip even with current of 70a ing through it. Now imagine say such MCB dey in-between n hybrid inverter n thunder happens... SPD go burn... Inverter go burn

But you can still buy a small hybrid inverter as well, there are small hybrid inverter with reasonable PV capacity. In both cases of inverter failing you still need an inverter anyway. For the MCB Vis SPD scenario if it's a good SPD and properly setup why should the inverter toast as well?

You might want to check your wiring in the house.
Usually before deploying Inverters, you have to make sure that your domestic wiring is perfect.
While checking, make sure you eliminate stray connections, in order words called LOOPING.
so many people make this mistakes, they loop the Nuetral of the House all together while concentrating on the Live Current carrying wires.
Well it might interest you to know that both Neutral and Live wires carry the current concurrently and respectively.
Some of the smart inverters and meters we have today will read or detect your consumption by either Neutral or Live wires and respond according to the higher current carrying wire.

My recommendation goes lik this:
1. Redo you distribution box (DB), seperating the neutral of those loads that are to be on Inverter from the General Nuetral Bar. Your Inverter AC input can be powered from this Main DB but you may have to move some other loads away from the Phase where you wan to Power the Inverter from in a case of 3Phase Wiring.
2. Use a small breaker box (Maybe a 9way) and populate it with small Amp MCBs (breakers) between 5A to 10A max
3. Let the Inverter Power this small Box from Inverter Output (Neutral and Live).
4 Let all those loads that will be on Inverter get their Neutral and Live connections from this Box.

This way, your Inverter will be able to for it's load's consumption on the two poles (Neutral and Live) you can always loop your Earth Wiring between all boxes and gadgets but NEVER GROUND YOUR PV TO YOUR DOMESTIC EARTHING.

Do these corrections, inspect again and report back.

The brand name for the Solar is rubitech. Said it's a 1st grade made in china .
