if the science course has nothing to do with ICT run. Where you Wan carry am work. Business and ict will give you jobs. Even medicine and nursing will not give you job as you must speak polish.

So go for business or ict. Because you have a better chance of getting a job.

Language discrimination No. This is poland, polish is the official Language, most importantly this is europe so European languages are like French Spanish, Portuguese are high in demand. Most jobs you see has English and one additional European language. So if you speak English, you might have alot of challenges getting a job.

Here a trick when you come try to learn polish, e hard but people do learn it. If you can't switch to Portuguese or better Spanish this you can learn and speak well in 6 to 1 year. Multilingual people have a better chance of landing a job and getting higher pay anywhere in the world

Finally, coming abroad is stressful. Especially for us who have port limitations. The cultural shock fit run you mad. Adapting take time. So you need to come in, adapt and then understand the EU system before you start running around europe. You also need have money to leave and get your trc. Most people come here and got to pay debt back home so time counts. With school work and everything you need to take it easy or you might destroy your life.

Now get your residency is import this takes time and even when you get it fast you might not even know how to leave. Each European country is different and the struggle is different so it not a so easy decision. Plus you need a job to relocate or you need ission in another country to relocate. When you consider all the stress involved you might not want to take chances. Honestly citizenship is not important it is money that is important. If you stay in poland for 15 year legally and you are working do you know how much you must have saved and invested back home. You can't be poor. If you tire you fit go back nigeria from there move to a better country. Mind you most people living here are in their 20 and early 30s no time to rush things.

Life is too short . Too much gra gra person go just die. People die here because of over working . so it's best to come here focus getting settled and making more money and being happy. One day them fit tell you to pack your bag dey go house. No place like home. Nigeria no good but until you live outside nigeria you no go value nigeria. That why you see all people when they get citizenship them go come back nigeria come base. But with the way the world is going focus on growing you career, making money, saving and enjoy your life port will come when it comes. If e no come you would end up still better than . No stress

Thank you so much sir, I perfectly grabbed everything you wrote here. Las las na money we dey find not necessarily citizenship.

Every country change their policy daily so no need to fear. IF you can leave oga leave that banking job, but wait till you get you visa. also previous experience in banking and finance could land you a high paying job. if you skills are top SQL, Risk, SAP, Sale force ACCA, ICAN 7k gross man if not more.

but why use agents when you can do it yourself(well as a banker u no get time , i get)

Your agent is right. you can work and pay your tuition fees, save and leave fine minimum wage is around 4550 gross, net maybe 3800 - rent outside hostel 1300 max + feeding ,internet on phone etc 500 or less =savings 2k X 12 month 24k. tuition is around 13 to 16k for masters.

the rest of the maths is easy. if you know how to hustle you can make more than that doing blue collar jobs in big city. if you land a white collar job in your field omo you go enjoy.

NOTE I ONCE SAID BIG CITIES HAVE THEIR PROBLEMS BUT YOU EARN MORE. SMALL CITIES MOST TIME NA FACTORY FULL THERE BUT YOU GET YOUR CARD ON TIME

some schools allow you to pay per semester or bits every month. if you come you don't like it you can move to another country from here.

ANYTHIN ELSE QUOTE ME. I DON'T EVEN REMEBER MY NAIRALAND EMAIL SO PLEASE DON'T SEND PM

Thank you so much, you actually did justice to the questions and you have also wet my appetite to be serious about this journey. I actually don't have the skills you mentioned up there but this is an eye opener as I can take them on coursera. I'm doing my MBA at a federal university, in second year second semester and should round up next year April by God's grace but if Visa shows before that time I will move. However, I still have some questions.
1. I studied biochemistry at my undergraduate and graduated 2017 but found myself at banking sector. I'm considering doing MSC biotechnology, do you think it's a good idea or I should put in for a business istration course considering my present working experience? Please note that what I'm considering is a very cheap course. Msc biotechnology is 1300 euros per semester but I don't know for business istration course.
2. Between banking and sciences, which has good prospects there as one needs to be strategic and intentional before moving?
3. Is there language discrimination? Like you will have to be fluent in their language before getting a white collar job
4. You said one can move to another country if one is not okay with Poland. You also said there are some people that have stayed in Poland for 11 years without PR, if it's easy to move to another country, why are they still in Poland or should we say it's a personal decision?

Thank you so much, I will be looking forward to your responses.

first do you have a visa already. by the way you are coming for a 5month course with a 3 month visa so it would expire before you even finish your course. Which city are you taking the said course.

My advice is this

1) with a visa you are coming with you can only change to student trc, not work

3)make sure you do all documents waec, degree verifications and authentication @MOE , MOFA and polish embassy before you come.

3) once you arrivel look for a university for masters or BSc course. Proccess your ission for full-time studies ASAP.

4) look for work and hustle like mad to make money to pay your fees if you don't have the money already.

5) get a good lawyer, get an appointment to get your stamp of submission of student trc application. If you could not get a school don't wait before your visa expire, move to wroclaw get a good lawyer , apply by post, it take forever to get stamp appointment, but you buy time to get ission and you can continue working before them go call you for stamp you got yourself in order and you also made money . Any more questions quote me. I hope I can answer soonest

1 more think for the duration of your visa you should be legal in the EU. But once it expires you become illegal except you apply for trc or have a trc

From the bolden, are you insinuating that one can actually pay tuition fees by doing menial work? An agent is about applying for a master program for me and he has been saying that I can even work there to pay my tuition fee but I don't really believe him cos all these agents are only concerned about the money you will pay them so they promise heaven and earth. What do you think big man, do you think it worth it? Also, I'm presently working in a commercial bank in naija, does it really worth it? What you wrote up there about Poland changing their policy is giving me a second thought and a bit scary

You have a 13 year old child, but in your 2016 thread you had a Black American girlfriend that you planned on ing in the US. If you had gotten married the same year 2016 your first child would have been less than 13. If you had a child prior to marriage then, would you have abandoned an innocent child alone in Nigeria to live with a Black American girlfriend in 2016?

So na you go teach him how to plan his life? Oga shift and face your life, I am sure you have never left Nigeria before.

I only hope what you plan to accomplish

Am I the only thinking that this might not be a suicide but a murder? Suicide note is not enough to justify that he actually killed himself o, what if it was forged or they forced him to write it? Yes, there are people that commit suicide due to one or more reasons but I think more investigations need to be made to unravel what actually happen. They shouldn't just fling it one side that he killed himself.

Its better you do your Top Up degree in Nigeria and then look for Masters abroad, Rivers State University (Ignatius Ajuru) its HND graduates into 400 level, so in 1 year you are done with your BSC.

In real sense, Naira has never appreciated since Tinubu took office. What we're seeing today is the appreciation of Tinubu's induced naira depreciation.

Pushing naira from less than 1k to a dollar to almost 2k to a dollar and bringing it down to 1070 to a dollar can be celebrated as an achievement by only fools.

But the ipob will be happy had it been it's skyrocketing. Very negative set of people

From cheap transportation

To cheap accommodation

To cheap food...

You can’t make it in your comfort zone

The weakest Link in this City team is Ederson, Baba no fit catch anything, The defense protects him, but small mistake like this.. Goal

I trust Saka, Xhaka and Odegaard to exploit that.. Ederson na pipe, If City had an Allison, Courtois or De Gea in goal, they will always have the edge but no, na Ederson (pipe).

I don't know why no one else sees it, Ederson is not a world class keeper.. and you can't win Champions league with Ederson manning the goal.

Barca won champions league and all other trophies whereas Victor Valdes was clearly a weak link, so what are you saying? You can come with your facts to show that V.V was a spectacular goal keeper.

Please stop shifting the goal post. You said Nigerians would be happy and I simply told you Nigerians won’t be happy. Now you have left that one to talk about how UK makes money. What next? You will remind me of the late Queen Eliza? Eish!!!
Nigerians will be happy because we are aware of the resources these foreigners will bring to our country and how it will help us grow as a nation. Every country that wants to develop or keep growing needs foreigners to invest in their country which is what UK is doing it. Their immigration policies, their problem.

Nigerians would not be happy.

I don’t know how old you are, maybe 12…
But Nigeria had Ghana Must Go!

In this same Nigeria, at some point we had an influx of Togolese artisans. They were mostly tilers. Your supposed happy Nigerians cried out. These immigrants were undocumented. They were not living in flats or marrying Nigerian women.

Now imagine what UK that is first the No1 spot for illegal immigrants in Europe, then add Asians and Africans. How do you want that small country to keep up?

No country would be happy!

They don’t want again. Maybe they have met their deposit target. Take it somewhere else.

Okay ma, UK prime minister.

Methuselah of Nairaland, I'm actually 5years 2 months. Your comparison is baseless, and I feel I should just ignore you at this point because I expected you to put up better points and drive them well. You compared UK that makes millions of pounds from foreigners with Nigeria that makes nothing from Togolese and Ghanaian, does that makes sense? So, UK are not aware of their small size when they keep allowing people into their country while collecting thousands of pounds from them? Which fraud would be greater than collecting millions from people and showing them the exit door? Dey play o Poco

Stop making this about money. No one said it is “financially cheap” to enter the UK. There are cheaper countries than the UK, but before you get their visa, you will see SHEGE.

Yes, UK’s immigration standard is too low. Every human with money is entering. They were bound to run into troubles!

You can't eat your cake and have it. UK are more interested in money than tightening up their immigration policy so they should face whatever comes out of it

Aunty, it's you that don't understand what you have written. Yes, Nigerians will be happy to accommodate Togolese and Ghanaian as long as their immigration is contributing to her GPR. UK makes a lot of money from foreigners coming to school there and that's why UK ministry of education are kicking against it that it will reduce their revenue. UK is using immigration to cash out, you are talking of Togolese and Ghanaian that have not impact to Nigeria GPR, dey play o poco

I agree. I actually fear for the UK. I just hope Nigerians dont wreck The working system over there. The immigration standard is so low. Every Tom, Dick and Harry has the UK as a study destination now.

Bro, don't make it look like it's cheap to move to UK. People pay 13-15m to migrate to UK, they are making massive profits from this. When UK stopped people from staying after finishing their program, most countries blacklisted them and their revenue drastically reduce. They had to come up with policy that allows foreigners to stay for 2 years after finishing their program.

So, you think it's cheap to migrate to UK? Ministry of education are even kicking against it because it will drastically reduce their revenue, you think turnover of 680m pounds is a joke? Dey play, just dey play
