What is this one saying? Are you alright? Are you sure you attended any reasonable formal institution?
I hate it when people make a lot of meaningless noise.
Now what exactly do you understand by "certificate"?
Is it not a document of a claim of being certified? If that document is provided, aren't they verified? So if a graduate lose his credentials for whatever reason, he is as good as not having credentials? So you mean government and non governmental organisations no longer carry out certificate verification exercise not to talk of one that generated controversies in the polity?
So, in your mind PDP just decided to keep quiet after confirming that he has no certificate? What kind of human beings are occupying Nigeria? So that physical document is what you call certification? Is it not just a claim. In the event that you can't produce that claim, can't you provide any other evidence since it must be verified?
Funny enough, all these noise about Bubu's certificate are just being made by illiterates who don't know a jack about institutionalised academic certification, the educated elites who know what obtains have done their findings and are quite satisfied, so enjoy your world, I no fit shout abeg.
u are just talking out of point. Bubu no get wasc. his result wasn't found in Ghana. The names of other students were seen but his. Abi na PDP clean am?

There are indications that President Muhammadu Buhari may take sides with the Comptroller-General of the Nigeria Customs Service, Col. Hameed Ali (retd.), in his ongoing face-off with the Senate over his failure to wear his uniform.
A source within the Presidency said that the position of the Presidency on the disagreement is that; no law compels Colonel Hameed Ali to wear a uniform.
This position was based on legal advice made available to the President by the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami (SAN).
The source added that the government’s stand is that there is a clear separation of powers among the three arms of government.
He said the position of the Presidency was that lawmakers could not make laws and enforce the laws themselves.
“The AGF has advised that no law compels a political appointee to wear any uniform. And again, the legislature makes laws, but they don’t have the power to enforce those laws,” the source said.
When ed on the face-off on Saturday, the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, directed one of our correspondents to the Public Relations Officer of the NCS.
When asked if the CG would heed the Senate’s order on Wednesday, the Public Relations Officer of NCS, Mr. Joseph Attah, said Ali would do the appropriate thing.
“I am confident the CG will do the appropriate thing. Thank you,” he stated.

if Ali summons his sub in a working hour, n d sub appears without uniform, how would he feel? I grew up in d army barracks, n I can bet u, he wouldn't like it.
So, he too should appear in uniform before d senate. Coz d senate is superior to him.

It was gathered that the Kaduna State governor collapsed at his state office in Kaduna on the week of March 1, 2017 in what medical experts suspect maybe related a stroke. A source from Kaduna government house confirmed to this online newspaper that the Governor had been sickly and had been having collapsing spells shortly following his participation at the Kogi polls.

Chairman, Council of Ulama of Jama’atu Izalatul
Bidi’ah Wa Iqamatus Sunnah (JIBWIS), Sheik Sani
Yahaya Jingir has called for a fresh election in the
event of death or incapacitation of a Nigerian
President.
He stated that the present arrangement as contained in
the Nigerian Constitution where the vice president
takes over should not be the case.
Jingir spoke in Bauchi at the matriculation of the
students of Sunnah College Bauchi.
The cleric opined that the present arrangement had
opened an avenue where the president was exposed to
uncertainty while his vice was confident of becoming
president whether Nigerians liked him or not.
“If this arrangement is maintained as it is, it will pose
a lot of political uncertainties and security threat to us
as a nation. “We elected the President as the President. If he dies or incapacitated, there should be a fresh election. “If this anomaly is not addressed, then we are not secured because a dishonest Vice President may work against him to get his seat. “Is the right to personal opinion guaranteed in our constitution? Then this is my personal opinion,” he said.
Sheik Jingir also faulted the arrangement where all the 36 states produce 3 senators each regardless of their land mass and population, noting that such places the
bigger and populated states at a disadvantage.

President Muhammadu Buhari since he has been in London has had rumors spreading about his death everywhere.
His aides have released certain pictures of him with different prominent personalities but there is something wrong with those pictures-- PMB is wearing the same orange jalamia.
Even though we are not yet certain of the date Buhari's picture with his daughter was taken, this could be further fuel rumors that the president is dead or is it that he wears the same clothes every time?

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo says that the current Nigerian leader, Muhammadu Buhari, has not disappointed him since he assumed office in 2015.
Obasanjo stated this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria at his hilltop residence in Abeokuta.
While reflecting on the Buhari istration since 2015, Obasanjo said that the president had done his best to move the country forward.
“Whatever anybody says, President Buhari has not disappointed me from what I know of him,’’ he said.
He said the president had delivered on his core areas of strength and ability, particularly in the anti-corruption crusade and the war against insurgency.
“In my book, I have said that Buhari is not strong on the economy and I did not write this to run him down.
“I also used to think that he is not strong in the area of foreign affairs, but I have realised that he has improved very well.
“He has actually done his best in the areas where we know him to be strong,” he said.
The elder statesman urged Nigerians not to relent in their for Buhari and not to give up on Nigeria.
“Whatever you might see as bad in Nigeria, other societies have gone through the same at some period in their history.
“It is not for us to begin to condemn but to begin to hands together and consider how we can make the best out of our present.
“Our present situation is a ing phase and we need to be resilient to ensure that we are not consumed by it.
“I will be the first to it that we have not been where we should have been, but note that we have also been far from where we could have been because it could have been worse.
“It is the height of ingratitude for people to say Nigeria has not achieved anything or much as a nation.
“The generation before mine fought for Nigeria’s independence, that is great.
“My own generation, which is the next, fought to sustain the unity of Nigeria.
“Since 1999, Nigeria had enjoyed 18 years of unbroken democracy.
“We witnessed in 2007 a transition of power from one individual to another in the same party.
“We witnessed in 2015 a transition of power from an individual in the ruling party to another individual in the opposition party.
“All these should not be taken for granted,” he said.
March 5, said he had no regrets at such an age.
He said that his hope that Nigeria would still be a great nation was still intact.

The Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), David Babachir Lawal, has blamed the current economic recession on the massive corruption and looting of the economy by the previous istration.
He also stressed the determination of the present istration to lay a new foundation for the country in the face of the threatening security challenges in the North-east.
Lawal made these submissions after his conferment with a Fellowship of the Imo State Polytechnic, Umuagwo, at its 5th convocation ceremony.
He said: “What has held us down as a nation is corruption. Corruption in government at all levels has totally destroyed our nation. It is evident in key sectors like educational system, healthcare delivery, infrastructural development and provision of social services. Massive corruption has crippled our economy and dwarfed our individual potentials, including limiting the enterprising and intellectual capacity of our people”.
Speaking further on the state of the economy, he added: “This istration has introduced diversification policy and in the shortest possible time, results will be coming in like we are doing in the area of rice and wheat production. On the youth, the government of PMB is doing everything possible to create sustainable jobs as 30,000 jobs are already being created through one of its programmes.”
Host Governor, Rochas Okorocha, in his own speech at the event, said “This is not the time to weep or complain in the struggle to nationhood. It is a time to comply.
“President Buhari is building a strong foundation for sustainable growth of the nation. Whoever that is waiting for Buhari to build sky scrapers and historic tunnels may be wasting time, as his job is to lay a solid foundation so that successive governments will have a good foundation to build upon.”

The same mouth Fayose used to create doubt about an Aisha Buhari character in the USA that had been long revealed when the present first lady was just a private citizen in Kaduna, that same mouth of his would be used to clear the doubt.
You nor Fayose do not tell her when or where to travel to. She does not report to you and do not owe you a visit to the USA. Fayose however owes the courts the facts of his accusations.
If Fayose can prove his accusations in court, it would be to her shame. If Fayose cannot prove his accusations in court, then it will serve as a teachable moment for all Nigerians that love to propagate false information just to damage the image of another person.
Stop begging for Fayose. He has been

-Then President Jonathan sacked the President of the Appeal court because he refused to compromise on the case involving the ruling party and ruling that forensic examination be allowed on materials used for the 2011 Presidential election. Even when the NJC asked that he be reinstated, Jonathan refused yet, he is your HERO OF DEMOCRACY.
- All the security details attached to then Speaker of House of Representatives, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal were withdrawn by the Federal Government led by Jonathan yet, you still didn't see any reason not to worship him.
- For weeks in 2014, the Governor of Kano State kept shouting that security aides posted to watch over the state house were recalled as a result of orders from above, not once did you accuse Jonathan of tyranny.
- For appointing Sanusi Lamido as Emir of Kano which was within the rights and powers of the Kano State Government, Jonathan ordered security agents to lay siege at the Emir's palace. For days, the Emir operated from the Kano State Government House. You didn't call Jonathan by the dictatorship that he was acting out then.
- Jonathan withdrew the security details attached to then Governor Amaechi, Jonathan grounded the plane of Amaechi, Jonathan masterminded and hugely ed the division and crisis in the Rivers State House of Assembly, Jonathan allowed his wife to govern Rivers from Abuja, Jonathan used Mbu to embarrass and harass a sitting Governor, Jonathan crippled Rivers because Amaechi was the Governor yet, you still see Jonathan as a demigod.
- In this same country, we saw how Jonathan ed the destruction of the once vibrant Governors' Forum by ing 16 against 19 yet, you see him as one decent man who should be seen as a Hero.
- We have not forgotten how Jonathan used state power to prevent sitting Governors from reaching a part of the country to the reelection of one of their own because they were in the opposition and you who is laying claim to fairness and pretending to love Democracy still claim you miss this same character.
- In this same country, we saw the circulation of an undisputed video by an army officer detailing how soldiers were used to rig the election in Ekiti State to favour the thug governing the state today and yet, you see same Jonathan who was Commander in Chief of all these barbarism as decent enough to be called a hero.
- In his desperation to see the Governor Nyako impeached, The Presidency under Jonathan had the s of Adamawa State frozen. A State Government oh and not personal of the Governor and not once did you condemn the action nor call Jonathan the dictator he clearly was then.
- Same Jonathan you can almost worship today single handedly denied his then state Governor the right to seek the nomination of his party because he had personal grievances against him yet, you never for once accused him of abuse of power.
- For the first time in our history as a country, the CBN Governor was unilaterally sacked by the President without following the due process of our law because he asked questions regarding careless stealing of the nation's money supervised and ed by Jonathan yet, you never called Jonathan the dictator he clearly was.
- As far as I can , the only people EFCC managed to temporarily wake up from their five years slumber under Jonathan to work on were those who criticized him and as soon as they changed gear, EFCC return back to their slumber yet, not once did you accuse him of bias nor selectivity.
As far as I know, Fayose is yet to deny that he received the alleged money traced to his from Dasuki. What he is crying over is immunity and you who has never seen one million naira cash of your own is busy ing him and shouting persecution. As you always say then, use the courts.
That you now call Buhari a Dictator while you still worship Jonathan must surely be giving the devil hope that he may not actually........Stop making a fool of yourself.
