It seems WES has an arrangement with CIPM for transcript processing now. I requested for my transcript from CIPM some days ago and it got to WES a day later.

OAU is the one delaying me now. Hopefully, they will send it to WES next week.

well I'm pretty clued up about Engines unlike yourself.The 1st group of mechanics that worked on that car killed it and misdiagnosed it, how can a cat converter be the reason for Engine refusal to start?

It didnt refuse to start o. It was going off while I was driving.
He said it was the catalyst that caused it to be going off and after he did it it hasn't gone off in motion since.

It's the initial problem that came back again, I just put that history in case it somehow had a part in it

Your first problem is you don't seem to understand what a car is and what it needs.
I did not ask for the brand only, there is a weight to the oil 20w50, 10w30, 5w30.

it is important to use the right oil first, then check you car for oil leak.
Your mechanic has done all that he know you can try radautoworks or Gazzuzz to see if there is any other thing than to top it off

Pls do you have of gazzuzz or radautoworks

A new mechanic (the one that did the catalyst) said he can help me get skeleton engine and it will be as good as new.

I bought a RX300 as foreign toks Oct 2018. I used t religiously and reliably until December 2019 when I noticed it was smoking a little and the engine oil was always getting short. My mechanic said I need to ring it or change the engine. I was stunned because I didn't expect any problem so soon.

In total I paid 120,000 and he said the job was done and Okay.
I didnt note any special difference in the engine either sound or efficiency (maybe because I'm an untrained ear) but the engine didn't get short again.

Fast forward to February 14 I was driving at about 120km/hr and the vehicle started jerking. My mechanic diagnosed fuel pump as the problem and I paid about 14k or so. A few days after the vehicle started going off on motion. At first it started immedately after I try to turn it back on. but afterwards it takes a longer time to start after going off.

I took it to another mechanic who diagnosed the catalyst as the problem. About N50,000 after. He said the vehicle stopped going off (till date)

The problem is the vehicle has started shorting oil and smoking again

Please guys what could be the problem

You have some options on getting Bluetooth & Nigerian Navigation
- Replace the entire audio unit/display with an aftermarket Chinese unit
- Replace the rear view mirror with Chinese rear view mirror which has navigation & Bluetooth connectivity
- 3rd option will give you only Bluetooth connectivity, you can easily install an adaptor.
-Leave the factory setup as is & get an external Navigation system that can be mounted on the dashboard or windshield

Thanks for the response. Is there a peripheral device I can use with it to still enjoy the Bluetooth function, and how does the DVD thing work. Is there like a DVD if map of Nigeria I slot in the car?

I just got a tokunbo Lexus RX300 2002 model. How can I use Bluetooth with it so I can pick calls easily while driving.

Also the navigation screen is bad and I want to replace it at Ladipo tomorrow, I want to know if I can use the Navigation map to find my way around Nigeria.

At this pace i might get my nursing degree on my 40th Birthday (on a lighter mood ... not really, i won't put it past this school).
I actually entered for another school too, but I was given P.H.E. (or i got P.H.E.) and hence i couldn't go on with it.
The options I have now is:
I) sit for another Jamb, and apply to a different school (that enjoys strike less, preferably)
II) I heard it's possible to just do a transfer to another university that offers the Nursing course, I'm not sure how to go about it tho
III) Go to nursing school (Though I hear it's not as prestigious, doesn't pull as much as weight, and doesn't offer as much career advancement as a Nursing degree.

Please advise on how to change universities without having to do another Jamb or post Jamb.
