Bitterness will send this guy to an early grave!
After so many years...I think this guy has some psychological issues then.
He has not learnt to process life differently, always viewing all his life through the lens of tuface...even if he was tufaced, and then!?#!

Not with this customer service that never picks up...or their service centers that are too slow and overcrowded too...
People will still prefer old school banks...wonder why Union Bank still has market?
Next year then!

If God resides now in our hearts why the need for super structures...
How about industry and improving daily living...jobs and careers, funding agriculture, education, health and advancement in tech.
If the Church Leadership really cares about it's , these structures will not be the goal.
The church has a fantastic opportunity in numbers to pull crowd funding for realistic projects instead the focus is on building this and that.
Build lives, give sustainable livelihood.

Good day Justwise, ekpotek and all other gurus in the house, what do you advise I do at this stage?
I applied for a 6month visit visa to attend my brother's convocation coming up on the 18th of April , I submitted the online application on the 10th of march, I had my biometrics on the 14th of march, I got a mail from UKVI acknowledging receiving my application on the 22nd of march.
Till this moment UKVI is yet to make a decision, it been over 20 working days since I had my biometrics. The convocation is just 5days away.
Is this delay a ploy to refuse me? Do you advise I them? If yes, which medium is best to reach them?
in lagos? take the letter (print out the email you got) and go to TLS...say you have come to pick up your port

Hmm, hope you don't need this urgently. I'm in the same boat but my saving grace is that I did IELTS and expecting my result 20/04/18
Mine was completed 14/03/18, arrived Heathrow 15/03/18, on its way to Lagos 16/03/18 and I'm yet to receive it as at 12/04/18 despite the fact that I used international signed for and used my office address, where you can meet someone to receive it 24/7. I guess the delay can be attributed to the Nigerian postal services and I have no idea how to track it within Nigeria.
Me I've given up on them, I'm just waiting for my IELTS results so I can begin my visa application, a colleague of mine also told me hers arrived after she had gotten her visa and left the country.
Maybe a lesson for those who intend to use UKNARIC is that they should apply early, let's say 6 months before planned take off considering what our postal services can do.
But if anyone knows how to track posts within Nigeria I'm also interested, so I can console myself that I didn't waste my money on UKNARIC.
i used UKNARIC
track it on nipost's website
it's reliable...yes internationally signed for...

Hello guys. Good day! I have quick questions please and I need your help.
My msc graduation is on July 20th but I want to go to the u.k on the 10th of May to come back May ending and return for my grad in July. I want to apply for a Uk 2 years tourist visa. Now my question is
1. On the part where it says “Is the main purpose of your trip to visit/stay with a close family relative who is settled in the Uk. Is my answer supposed to be yes or no please.
2. Do I have to get an invite from my friend I’ll be staying with for the two weeks I’ll be going for in May or my graduation invite letter will suffice?
3. The part where I’m asked how long I’ll be staying in Uk. Do I say 2 weeks or I can just say 8 weeks since I’ll be going back in a short while for my graduation.
4. My dad and siblings will be coming for my graduation, but they won’t be travelling with me. They would come later. Do I have to mention them on the part where I’m asked if I’ll be travelling alone.
Please help/advice.Thankful in anticipation of your help.
someone's coming for UoL Graduation....i'm graduating same day!

Hello friends...
Visa out for me and my son..Tier 2
Yet still no decision for my wife and daughter on tls...
Paid for priority visa for all of us...
Why the delay?

Elly91:
yours should be out by now or latest monday. Same thing happened to my parents whom I applied for, as my mum's own came out first and my dad and brother's own only came out today and it was already late so they have to wait till monday too (even though it is a family visa). I was even surprised to see that the decision was made since the 10th of Nov, meaning it took them only 10 days (standard visa). Am really impressed.
Goodluck
Hello similar for me...mine and my sons own has been sent by courier yet to collect it. But no decision for my wife and daughter on tls...
How long was the interval between yours?

Thank you so much.
1. I didn't pay for priority visa. It was purely standard visa application.
2. I forgot to add police report. You have to do police clearance and attach. You should get it the same day in Lagos, all things being equal; or at least the following day.
about the COS- all i got was a number , kindly clarify if there's a letter i need from my employers too
thanks

Dear fellow nairalanders,
I've been a silent reader on this group; even before I had the opportunity to apply for tier 2 visa which looked like a mountain lol. Maybe because there was no thread that is specifically for tier 2 visa applications. I came to this forum and asked few questions. I want to share our timeline(me and my wife) to encourage others.
Biometrics- 09/10/2017.
Acknowledgement mail from Sheffield- 11/10/2017.
Decision mail from tls- 24/10/2017.
ports with visa collected on 26/10/2017.
I acknowledge God for being ever faithful. I thank justwise and other people who answered the questions I asked here. God bless you all.
NB- We submitted our biometrics in Abuja, went with a lot of documents including photocopies of our previous ports, wedding and other family pictures, offer letter from my employer, evidence of accommodation mail, cover letter etc. They didn't collect them at all the tls office. The only documents they collected were:
1. Front pages of our visa application print out.
2. Valid international ports.
Marriage certificate, COS print out and TB certificates were only collected, scanned and returned to us immediately. I was so confused and angry at the same time. I asked them why they didn't allow us to ing documents we brought, but the lady that attended to us said that according to the new rule, they didn't need any other thing.
I became so worried and to crown it all, the decision was made within 2 weeks of biometrics.
What I learned from the whole thing is that, when God says the time to do something is now, no one can say no. I'm so grateful to Him.
I pray for all those waiting for their visas too, that you will hear good news too. Amen!!
please did you pay for priority visa
also you did not mention police clearance certificate....did you submit these
Congratulations!!!
