Ur dependant visa expires the date UKVI said it will expire... and yes it's the same date the main applicant visa will expire....
.if it's a work visa...after spending 5 years and u don't break any rules u get permanent residency

Please boss can a Skilled work visa holder Travel out of the UK anytime and Come back Freely within this 5 years?

y ur friend no just do another test so he can get a work visa which is more permanent.... COS is hard to come by oooo.... he should Send send an email to ukvi to give him more Time for his result to come out.... (On another note..the guy no get bachelor's degree?? He can get ECCTIS report if he is afraid of failing another test)

By the time the wife finishes her course she will just him easily as dependent.... Instead of both of them looking for COS...

Well, the officer didn't ask me much. He just checked my Madam's CoS and offer letter, matched our faces with our ports, asked if our company provided accomodation and we said yes. We tried to be at ease while responding to him. Also if u have kids, let ur kids be in front, they seem to respect and play with smiling kids. In the end, just hold ur documents, know ur company address and pray for a smooth ride.

Secondly, a friend of mine that’s in the Uk as a care giver but not in my company sent me an urgent message of the following:

They must have their contract with them on the day

5. What was your previous job

All employees must remenber their last job in their cv corresponding with your job role in The UK

6. Who is organising your Accomodation

My employer

7. Who is picking you up from the airport

My employer has arranged someone to pick me up and sent Me the phone number

8. What training have you undertaken

They need to have their training certificate with them

9. If they have a degree they would also be asked about what they learnt in their degree

Please be aware that if they deviate from the information provided they could be refused entry and returned back to their country of Origin

Please this information across to all your s urgently

You do not need your IRCC details to order for your GCMS notes...

There are also 3rd party GCMS sites where you can order your GCMS..

Yes, you can create a fresh application, but you already have a UCI which you will link to your new application, you can get that without asking your agent though, just order for your GCMS.. All your information will be seen there..

This is very common with agents, they won't let you have access to your for reason best known to them.. Now that you are on this thread with the detailed information being shared here, I will advise you free yourself from these bondage of agent by withdrawing yourself from the said agent, and re-apply yourself..

Read through this thread daily and if you do not understand anything, you can drop your questions here... Myself or any of the knowledgeable will give answers to your questions... But first order for your GCMS notes so we can know exactly the issues the VOs had with your refused application, so we can know how to tackle the reasons raised after which you can re-fire and get your PPR...

Run away from Agents that wont be transparent and carry you along all through your application, with the help of wonderful people here you can apply yourself and get your your PPR....

Funny enough I used an Agent before I came across this trend... I did biometrics since April, I finally received messages in my email yesterday and told him to check it out for me because he didn’t give me the to my portal.. So he sent some pdf files stating I was denied due to personal Assets and financial status.. he said I can reapply with a landed property document or CAC.. I’ve been asking him for the he refused.. what do you suggest please?

The visa is not mine but it was sent by an agent as a previous one that he did around June this year. I have been having doubts as wether it's genuine cos I just felt since its an e visa it can be forged, before I saw this page and got to see that they forge new zealand visa a lot.
