There was a circular where govt said they were pulling out from funding these agencies which they can't claim ignorance about. You don't set up numerous professional institutes and bodies without a funding arrangement. Perhaps they should take a clue from institute of chartered ants Nigeria (ICAN) which funds it's activities from internally generated revenue.

There was a follow up circular that state they should be removed from that list just almost a month of issue

Very easy, in as much as the new Ministry you are going is ready to absorb you as there staff, then you write your former (old) ministry or parastatal informing them to transfer your Service to your new ministry.

I was formerly working in one of this Federal Parastatal and I got another Parastatal that pay more than my former Parastatal..... First what i did was to seek for two years Secondment, I was granted, after the two years lapsed, I went back to my former office and seek for another 2 years and I was also granted totaling (4) years and after the expiration of the last two years... I then write for Transfer of service to my new parastatal, and I was granted. The only issue is, you must atleast ensure that you got your appointment letter in your new office in other for you not to jeopardize the old one..

1. Stop lying! Nothing like isolation in western culture. The problem is instead that many of us aren't as social as we always claim to be. Nigerians and other Africans simple have a hard time mingling with people from other cultures and countries. Go anywhere here and you find them all needing to hurdle together to socialize. The few that are able to break free of that problem enjoy the west as much as they want to.
