Hello guys. I would very much appreciate any advice from here.
I ordered for two pieces of IWO 26 Smartwatch in December last year. I was called today 23rd of February by my local post office delivery guy.
But after trying both watches, one of them powered on while the other didn't, even after charging for a while and switching chargers.
Both chargers work on one of the wristwatches but non works on the other. The wristwatch is obviously faulty.
Now, looking at the attached screen shots (I have not confirmed receipt of the items), what option do you guys advice I pick?

Presently I am in their highest rank which makes dispute easy for me....I don't write epistle with them.....I just apply for refund....na seller sev go dey beg me....

I ordered for earpiece 50 pieces last year December, the guy sent 40 instead....I told him I want to open a dispute.....he begged me he ll send 20 the next day and he sent it......

Ranks on AliExpress also matters

When the seller view your profile and realize you are on silver and gold level....they can do you anyhow such as delay in shipping, wrong item and much more

But you see that platinum and diamond level.... especially that diamond level( AliExpress will always side you no matter what unless you f*ck up)

The trick is that I always make a video while opening the package which I always used as an evidence. Infact I have just won another dispute few hours ago. Again once I opened my dispute that's it, I can't even listen to the seller again.
