U are right bro. There some things on AliExpress I cannot buy because some of those wicked sellers will purposely send u a faulty/bad product knowing that u won't want to spend money returning it to China. Thereby making one to lose money.

It happened to me once with a small solar touch light. It arrived fine but after 3days it developed fault and died totally. I opened dispute, ed the dead solar touch and I had to accept the fund to be split into half instead of wasting money to send a dead touchlight.

Since then, I select what I buy there and I send message to the seller INFORMING HIM TO SEND ME A WORKING ITEM AND NOT FAULTY item. (atleast he won't deny not getting the warning).

Bro I advise that u apply for the fund to be split into half. You will spend much money sending that stuff to China. And even if u send it, d guy can deny that he did not receive it. U will then lose money and d said faulty item.

Let's say, u bought it for $100, apply for $55 or $60. In biz we lose sometimes and gain sometimes. But definitely, we learn everyday.

Very true. To confirm this, I've never lost a single dispute to any seller, even in respect of expensive items.

As I said earlier am not denying order theft here.I had an experience similar to yours last year. I ordered a USB type C charging Cable which showed "arrived destination country" after a couple of weeks but I didn't see the order. The BPP expired yet I didn't open despute because I know that Aliexpress would rule against me. Instead, I decided to order another Cable which arrived a few weeks later. As I type this, am yet to see the former cable. Was it stolen? Was it returned to country of origin or it got lost after arriving destination country? All these are questions that one would ask in such a situation. But I've never thought of it being stolen because it's an item of little monetary value and therefore won't be useful for the thief.

Some items will be at the PO and already logged in but either by error or omission, you won't be ed. You may just ask the officer in charge to permit you or check the log again.

Once a ed item lands in 9ja, it's difficult to get missing. It's either delivered wholly or a part is extracted but it must be delivered.

Wait time for returning international parcels is 30days except the recipient asks for more time for pickup. Some POs take this seriously while some don't bother until there's an audit activity.

Are you sure you ordered the whole package and not the earbud's case? Cause some people would order only case believing they had ordered both case and earbuds. And most Aliexpress sellers don't take their time to explain to the seller that this is only case you are ordering. I have seen lots of comments on Aliexpress. A guy was lamenting that he ordered a watch and the seller sent only a strap .

I looked at the product page and saw that the seller didn't depict well that he was only selling the watch strap and not the real smart watch. Instead of the seller to show only strap in the picture he was showing the smart watch with it so a lot of people got confused and ordered the rubber strap thinking they had ordered a smart watch

I think that's what happened to you. You only ordered earbud's case thinking you ordered the whole package

I think this is what you ordered below. Always take time to check those products well and chat the seller before ordering. I don't think a Nipost official stole your earbuds.

I dont think it will exceed 3 months. Though I have no experience with returning item through them. but I have seen people send item abroad via nipost. so its 100% possible to send the item back to seller via nipost at cheaper cost.
