fact is that the guage of the pan is 18mm but if you want, I can customize it and make it 16mm but bear in mind that it will cost more. Single door is 3ft and double door is 4ft. Thanks for the clarification. But i am yet to see a room with a steel door. Wooden doors are the norms for rooms.

N70,000 already sent to the stone dust supplier and the 189,000 for the production/installation has been set aside.

I’ll be making arrangement for cement tomorrow. I use Dangote. Lafarge is cool but it takes longer time to dry and because of the thickness of the stone we are producing, it become difficult removing it from the mold.

The production crew are happy to work because they already knew there’s another 942sqm waiting for them in Ikorodu in the coming week.

I don't know where you live but steel doors are norms here because of their durability and competitive pricing. A wooden door will cost almost the same price as the iron doors and won't be close to the same quality.


Especially when you are building for commercial needs, iron doors are your sure bet that way, you don't have to worry about your tenants roughening up your doors and you starting maintenance early

the only turn off some people have against these doors are the noise. This is something that's very negligible once you have occupants in the building with properties too. Another thing I can tell you is that they are very very competitive and durable. You don't have to worry about working on them for the next seven to eight years. The only thing that will happen is that the paints will fade and you will get a painter and have yourself a brand new door. This renewal touch isn't obtainable with foreign or wooden doors. also the the change in seasons from rainy to dry season affects wooden doors which isn't a problem of iron doors. It has many advantages over wooden doors. The only thing wooden door has against it is the noise which I have explained. Some hinges on wooden doors sef make creaky sound after some years

Two entrance doors. But I'm not cool with having iron doors inside. Iron doors at the entrance is just fine.

It's called a hollow slab. It's consists of hollow clay pots and reinforced concrete. It is used to reduce the slab load hence the transferred load to the foundation is small. It is appropriate when the bearing capacity of the soil is low because of its low weight. It is also very good when you have large span/ . It hids the beam very well so wont see it. It is very common in areas with high water table.
